| 目的：观察归脾合剂治疗新型冠状病毒感染后心脾两虚型不寐的临床疗效。方法：将新型冠状病毒感染后心脾两虚型不寐患者60例随机分为2组，每组各30例。对照组口服阿普唑仑片，治疗组在对照组基础上联合口服归脾合剂，连续治疗15 d。评价2组患者临床疗效、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表（PSQI）评分、中医证候积分及不良反应发生情况。结果：总有效率治疗组为96.67%（29/30），明显高于对照组的80.00%（24/30），2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;2组PSQI评分、中医证候积分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）;不良反应发生率治疗组为9.99%（3/30），对照组为13.32%（4/30），2组比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05)。结论：归脾合剂治疗新型冠状病毒感染后心脾两虚型不寐的疗效优于单用西药治疗，可提高临床疗效，改善患者睡眠质量，且不增加不良反应。 |

| Clinical effect of Guipi mixture in treatment of insomnia with heart-spleen deficiency syndrome after severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 infection: An analysis of 30 cases |

| Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Guipi mixture in the treatment of insomnia with heart-spleen deficiency syndrome after severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 infection.Methods: A total of 60 patients with insomnia with heart-spleen deficiency syndrome after severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 infection were enrolled and randomly divided into control group and treatment group，with 30 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given oral administration of alprazolam tablets，while those in the treatment group were given oral administration of Guipi mixture in addition to the treatment in the control group，and the course of treatment was 15 consecutive days for both groups.The two groups were assessed in terms of clinical outcome，Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score，traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome score，and the incidence of adverse events.Results: The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group ;96.67% (29/30) vs 80.00% (24/30)，P<0.05］.Both groups had significant changes in PSQI score and TCM syndrome score after treatment，and there were significant differences in these indicators between the two groups after treatment (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse events between the treatment group and the control group ;9.99% (3/30) vs 13.32% (4/30)，P>0.05］.Conclusion: Guipi mixture combined with Western medicine treatment has a better clinical effect than Western medicine treatment alone in the treatment of insomnia with heart-spleen deficiency syndrome after severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 infection and can improve clinical outcome and sleep quality，without increasing adverse events. |
