| 中医学对于疫病的记载最早可见于先秦时期的文献中。但对于疫病的系统认识却经历了漫长的过程。本文首篇即从秦汉时期到魏晋、隋唐、两宋以及金、元、明时期，对疫病病因的认识、病名的认定及辨治的理法方药等方面的发展等的历史沿革进行了梳理，以期对临床进一步认识与有效防治疫病有所裨益，并特别论述到元末明初王履有关《内经》“承制生化”理论的阐释和发挥，是与现代医学用免疫学理论辨治疫病的思路和方法相通应的。第二篇则讲述了明清时期开创于明代吴又可的中医温疫学派的形成，温疫各家有关疫病的理论和辨治湿热疫、热毒疫及瘀毒疫的经验和经典方药。 |

| The earliest records of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) epidemic disease theory can be found in the pre-Qin literature，but the systematic understanding of epidemic disease has gone through a long process. The first part of this article summarizes the historical evolution from the initiation and formation of TCM epidemic disease theory in the Qin and Han dynasties to the understanding of etiology，the determination of disease names，and the principles，methods，formulas，and medicinals for syndrome differentiation-based treatment in the Wei and Jin dynasties，Sui and Tang dynasties，Song dynasties，and Jin，Yuan，and Ming dynasties，so as to provide help for the further understanding and effective prevention and treatment of epidemic disease in clinical practice，especially the interpretation and development of the theory of “herbal processing and preparation” in Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon by Wang Lyu at the turning of Yuan and Ming dynasty，which is similar to the thoughts and methods for the syndrome differentiation-based treatment of epidemic diseases based on immunological theories in modern medicine. The second part of this article introduces the formation of the school of TCM febrile epidemiology in the Ming and Qing dynasties founded by Wu Youke in the Ming dynasty，as well as the theories of epidemic diseases in different schools of febrile epidemiologyand the experience and classic prescriptions for the syndrome differentiation-based treatment of damp-heat epidemic diseases，heat-toxin epidemic diseases，and stasis-toxin epidemic diseases. |
