| 目的：基于数据挖掘技术研究国医大师熊继柏辨治头痛的特点及组方规律。方法：搜集公开发表的熊老辨治头痛的医案，利用中医传承计算平台进行用药频次、关联度、关联规则等分析。结果：共获得处方 49 首，中药 94 味，药物总频次为618次。高频使用药物排前5位的依次为川芎、甘草、天麻、白芷、僵蚕。治疗头痛主要采用解表药、补虚药、平肝息风药、活血化瘀药。药物四气中，温性>平性>寒性>凉性>热性；五味中，辛味>甘味>苦味>酸味>咸味；归经中以肝经最多，其次为脾、肺二经。常用药物组合主要以高频药物（川芎、天麻、僵蚕、白芷、黄芩、甘草等）两两组合或三者组合为主。有高度关联性的药物有川芎、天麻、白芷、僵蚕、柴胡、白芍、葛根等。获得核心组合3组。结论：熊老治疗头痛有2个特点，一是善用风药和虫药，二是喜用川芎。本研究对头痛的临床治疗颇有裨益。 |

| Features and prescription rule in syndrome differentiation-based treatment of headache by National Chinese Medicine Master Xiong Jibai: An analysis based on data mining techniques |

| Objective：To investigate the features and prescription rule in the syndrome differentiation-based treatment of headache by National Chinese Medicine Master Xiong Jibai using data mining techniques. Methods: Published medical records were collected for the syndrome differentiation-based treatment of headache by Professor Xiong Jibai，and the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing System was used for the analysis of drug frequency，degree of association，and association rule. Results: A total of 49 prescriptions were obtained，with 94 TCM drugs and a total frequency of 618. The top 5 drugs in terms of frequency were Rhizoma Chuanxiong，Radix Glycyrrhizae，Rhizoma Gastrodiae，Radix Angelicae Dahuricae，and Bombyx Batryticatus. Drugs for the treatment of headache mainly included exterior syndrome-relieving drugs，deficiency-tonifying drugs，liver-pacifying and wind-extinguishing drugs，and blood-activating and stasis-resolving drugs. As for the four properties of drugs，warm drugs accounted for the highest proportion，followed by neural，cold，cool，and heat drugs；as for five tastes，pungent drugs accounted for the highest proportion，followed by sweet，bitter，sour，and salty drugs；most drugs entered the liver meridian，followed by the spleen and lung meridians. Commonly used drug combinations included the combination of two or three high-frequency drugs such as Rhizoma Chuanxiong，Rhizoma Gastrodiae，Bombyx Batryticatus，Radix Angelicae Dahuricae，Scutellaria baicalensis，and Radix Glycyrrhizae. The drugs with a high degree of association included Rhizoma Chuanxiong，Rhizoma Gastrodiae，Radix Angelicae Dahuricae，Bombyx Batryticatus，Bupleurum chinense，Radix Paeoniae Alba，and Radix Puerariae. Three core drug combinations were obtained. Conclusion: The two features of Professor Xiong in the treatment of headache are the application of drugs for evil wind and parasitic drugs and the preference for Rhizoma Chuanxiong. This study may help with the clinical treatment of headache. |
