| 目的：观察痛风肾泰方加减联合别嘌醇治疗湿热血瘀型早期痛风性肾病的临床疗效。方法：将湿热血瘀型早期痛风性肾病患者60 例随机分为2组,每组各30 例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用痛风肾泰方加减治疗。疗程均为12周。观察2组的综合疗效、中医证候积分、舌脉及实验室指标［血尿酸（UA）、尿N-乙酰-β-D氨基葡萄糖苷酶（NAG）、尿微量白蛋白（mALB）、白细胞（WBC）、血红蛋白（HGB）、丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）］的变化。结果：总有效率治疗组为93.3%（28/30）,对照组为73.3%（22/30）,2组比较,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组中医证候积分、UA、mALB治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,治疗组NAG治疗前后组内比较及治疗后与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05或P<0.01）。结论：痛风肾泰方加减联合别嘌醇治疗湿热血瘀型早期痛风性肾病患者安全有效。 |

| Clinical effect of modified Tongfeng Shentai prescription in treatment of early-stage gouty nephropathy with damp-heat and blood stasis：An analysis of 30 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of modified Tongfeng Shentai prescription combined with allopurinol in the treatment of early-stage gouty nephropathy with damp-heat and blood stasis.Methods：A total of 60 patients with early-stage gouty nephropathy with damp-heat and blood stasis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional Western medicine treatment,and those in the treatment group were given modified Tongfeng Shentai prescription in addition to the treatment in the control group.The course of treatment was 12 weeks for both groups.The two groups were observed in terms of overall response,traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome score,tongue veins,and laboratory markers ［serum uric acid (UA),urinary N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase (NAG),urinary microalbumin (mALB),white blood cell count (WBC),hemoglobin count (HGB),and alanine aminotransferase (ALT)］.Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group ［93.3% (28/30) vs 73.3% (22/30),P<0.05］.After treatment,both groups had significant changes in TCM syndrome score,UA,and mALB and the treatment group had a significant change in NAG,and there were significant differences in these indices between the two groups after treatment (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion：Modified Tongfeng Shentai prescription combined with allopurinol is safe and effective in the treatment of early-stage gouty nephropathy with damp-heat and blood stasis. |
