| 目的：探讨糖痹方湿敷治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症瘀血阻滞证的临床疗效。方法：将60 例糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症瘀血阻滞证患者随机分为2组，每组各30 例。2组均采用常规治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用糖痹方湿敷治疗，对照组在此基础上加用地氯雷他定分散片治疗，疗程均为3周。比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、患者自觉瘙痒症状及继发皮损总积分、焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分，评价中医证候疗效，观察不良反应发生情况，并随访1个月后记录2组复发情况。结果：中医证候疗效总有效率治疗组为96.67%（29/30），对照组为70.00%（21/30），2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；2组治疗后中医证候积分、自觉瘙痒症状及继发皮损总积分、SAS评分、SDS评分均较治疗前降低，且治疗组降低幅度大于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗结束后1个月，治疗组复发2 例（6.90%），对照组复发11 例（52.38%），2组复发率比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论：糖痹方湿敷疗法能有效缓解糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症瘀血阻滞证患者的自觉瘙痒症状，改善患者继发皮损，对降低患者焦虑、抑郁程度也有一定作用，且复发率低，疗效确切。 |

| Clinical effect of moisten compress therapy with Tangbi prescription in treatment of diabetic pruritus with blood stasis and stagnation：An analysis of 30 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of moisten compress therapy with Tangbi prescription in the treatment of diabetic pruritus with blood stasis and stagnation.Methods：A total of 60 patients with diabetic pruritus with blood stasis and stagnation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 30 patients in each group.In addition to conventional treatment，the patients in the treatment group were given moisten compress therapy with Tangbi prescription，and those in the control group were given desloratadine dispersible tablets；the course of treatment was 3 weeks for both groups.The two groups were compared in terms of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome score，self-rated total score of pruritus and secondary skin lesions，Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) score，and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) score before and after treatment，and adverse reactions were observed.The patients were followed up for 1 month to record recurrence.Results：There was a significant difference in the overall response rate of TCM syndrome between the treatment group and the control group ［96.67% (29/30) vs 70.00% (21/30)，P<0.05］.After treatment，both groups had significant reductions in TCM syndrome score，self-rated total score of pruritus and secondary skin lesions，SAS score，and SDS score，and the treatment group had significantly greater reductions than the control group (P<0.05).At 1 month after the treatment ended，2 patients in the treatment group (6.90%) and 11 patients in the control group (52.38%) experienced recurrence，and there was a significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion：For patients with diabetic pruritus with blood stasis and stagnation，moisten compress therapy with Tangbi prescription can effectively alleviate the symptoms of pruritus，improve secondary skin lesions，and exert a certain effect on anxiety and depression，with a low recurrence rate and a marked clinical effect. |
