| 目的:探讨血塞通软胶囊对高脂血症动脉粥样硬化(AS)患者血清基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)、颈动脉内膜中层厚度(CIMT)及斑块的影响。方法:将71 例高脂血症AS患者随机分为治疗组（36 例）和对照组（35 例）。治疗组予血塞通软胶囊治疗，对照组予阿托伐他汀钙片治疗。治疗结束后观察2组患者MMP-9水平、CIMT及斑块的变化。结果：总有效率治疗组为97.2%（35/36），对照组为100.0%（35/35），组间比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；2组治疗前后MMP-9水平、CIMT、斑块积分组内比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05），而治疗后组间比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：血塞通软胶囊对于高脂血症AS具有明显减轻炎症的作用，同时可有效防止CIMT、斑块的增加，其机制与降低血清MMP-9水平有关，且疗效与西药阿托伐他汀钙片相当。 |

| Effect of Xuesaitong soft capsules on related indices in patients with hyperlipidemic atherosclerosis |

| Objective:To investigate the effect of Xuesaitong soft capsules on serum matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9)，carotid intima-media thickness (CIMT)，and plaque in patients with hyperlipidemic atherosclerosis (AS).Methods:A total of 71 patients with hyperlipidemic AS were randomly divided into treatment group with 36 patients and control group with 35 patients.The patients in the treatment group were given Xuesaitong soft capsules，and those in the control group were given atorvastatin calcium tablets.The two groups were observed in terms of the changes in MMP-9 level，CIMT，and plaque after treatment.Results:There was no significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group［97.2% (35/36) vs 100.0% (35/35)，P>0.05］.Both groups had significant changes in MMP-9 level，CIMT，and plaque score after treatment (P<0.05)，and there were no significant differences between the two groups after treatment (P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of hyperlipidemic AS，Xuesaitong soft capsules can significantly alleviate inflammation and effectively prevent the increases in CIMT and plaque，possibly by reducing the serum level of MMP-9，with a comparable clinical effect to the Western medicine atorvastatin calcium tablets. |
