| 目的：研究扶正益肠方在结肠癌术后的应用价值。方法：将80 例结肠癌术后患者按照随机数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各40 例。对照组采用西医常规治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用扶正益肠方治疗。观察2组治疗前后胃肠功能恢复情况及细胞和体液免疫指标、血清肿瘤标志物变化情况，并评定临床疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为97.50%（39/40），对照组为 80.00%（32/40），2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗组肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；2组外周血CD3+、CD4+、 CD4+/CD8+、免疫球蛋白（IgA）、IgG、IgM、糖抗原19-9（CA19-9）、癌胚抗原（CEA）水平治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：在结肠癌术后采用扶正益肠方干预，能够明显改善患者的胃肠功能及免疫功能，降低血清肿瘤因子，提高抗癌能力，值得临床推广。 |

| Clinical effect of Fuzheng Yichang prescription after surgery for colon cancer：An analysis of 40 case |

| Objective：To investigate the application value of Fuzheng Yichang prescription after surgery for colon cancer.Methods：A total of 80 patients who underwent the surgery for colon cancer were divided into treatment group and control group using a random number table，with 40 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional Western medicine treatment，and those in the treatment group were given Fuzheng Yichang prescription in addition to the treatment in the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of recovery of gastrointestinal function and changes in cellular and humoral immune indices and serum tumor markers after treatment，and clinical outcome was evaluated.Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group [97.50% (39/40) vs 80.00% (32/40)，P＜0.05].Compared with the control group，the treatment group had significantly shorter time to first bowel sound，time to first flatus，and time to first defecation (P＜0.05).Both groups had significant changes in CD3+，CD4+，CD4+/CD8+，IgA，IgG，IgM，carbohydrate antigen 19-9，and carbohydrate antigen 19-9 after treatment，and there were significant differences in these indices between the two groups after treatment (P＜0.05).Conclusion：Fuzheng Yichang prescription used after surgery for colon cancer can significantly improve patients’ gastrointestinal function and immune function，reduce serum tumor markers，and improve anti-cancer ability，and therefore，it holds promise for clinical application. |
