| 目的：研究中药复方益肺饮不同浓度含药血清对肺癌A549细胞增殖凋亡的影响。方法：将SD小鼠分为2组，分别灌胃益肺饮和0.9%氯化钠注射液，获得5%、10%、15%、20%的益肺饮含药血清和10%无药血清。A549细胞进行培养后分为实验组、对照组和空白对照组，实验组加入不同浓度的含药血清，对照组加入10%无药血清，空白对照组加入10%胎牛血清。采用CCK-8法观察各组血清对A549细胞的增殖影响；采用流式细胞仪检测不同浓度含药血清对A549细胞凋亡的影响。结果：与空白对照组相比，各浓度益肺饮含药血清对A549细胞均有明显的增殖抑制作用（P<0.05），其抑制率随药物浓度递增而增强，5%含药血清组与20%含药血清组相比，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。流式细胞术检测结果表明，不同浓度下含药血清组凋亡率明显优于对照组及空白对照组（P<0.05）；不同浓度含药血清组组内比较，5%、10%、15%各浓度之间两两比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），但15%与20%浓度组比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：益肺饮含药血清对肺癌A549细胞具有明显的增殖抑制、诱导凋亡的作用，并具有一定的浓度依赖性。 |

| Effect of serum containing the traditional Chinese medicine compound Yifei decoction on the proliferation and apoptosis of lung cancer A549 cells |

| Objective：To investigate the effect of serum containing different concentrations of the traditional Chinese medicine compound Yifei decoction on the proliferation and apoptosis of lung cancer A549 cells.Methods：Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into two groups and were treated with Yifei decoction and 0.9% sodium chloride，respectively，by gavage to obtain serum containing 5%，10%，15%，and 20% Yifei decoction and 10% drug-free serum.A549 cells were cultured and then divided into experimental group，control group，and blank control group.The cells in the experimental group were treated with serum containing different concentrations of the drug，those in the control group were treated with 10% drug-free serum，and those in the blank control group were treated with 10% fetal bovine serum.CCK-8 assay was used to observe the effect of serum on the proliferation of A549 cells，and flow cytometry was used to observe the effect of serum containing different concentrations of the drug on the apoptosis of A549 cells.Results：Compared with the blank control group，the experimental group treated with different concentrations of serum containing Yifei decoction had significant inhibition of A549 cells (P<0.05)，and the inhibition rate increased with the increase in drug concentration；there was a significant difference between the serum containing 5% drug group and the serum containing 20% drug group(P<0.05).Flow cytometry showed that the groups treated with serum containing different concentrations of the drug had a significantly higher apoptosis rate than the control group and the blank control group (P<0.05)；there was a significant difference in apoptosis rate between the groups treated with serum containing 5%，10%，and 15% drug (P<0.05)，while there was no significant difference between the serum containing 15% drug group and the serum containing 20% drug group (P>0.05).Conclusion：Serum containing Yifei decoction can inhibit proliferation and induce apoptosis of lung cancer A549 cells in a concentration-dependent manner. |
