| 目的：观察益肾泻浊法联合非布司他治疗高尿酸性肾病的临床疗效。方法：将70例高尿酸性肾病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各35例。对照组采用非布司他治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用益肾泻浊方治疗，2组均连续治疗2个月，观察2组治疗前后的临床疗效、生化指标及中医证候积分情况。结果：总有效率治疗组为91.43%，对照组为77.14%，2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。2组患者尿酸（UA）、肌酐（Cr）、尿素氮（BUN）、24h尿蛋白定量、中医证候积分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。结论：益肾泻浊法联合非布司他治疗高尿酸性肾病在降尿酸和改善肾功能方面作用较单用非布司他更优，可延缓高尿酸性肾病的进展。 |

| Clinical effect of the kidney-nourishing and turbid-expelling method combined with Febuxostat in treatment of hyperuricemic nephropathy：An analysis of 35 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of the kidney-nourishing and turbid-expelling method combined with Febuxostat in the treatment of hyperuricemic nephropathy.Methods：A total of 70 patients with hyperuricemic nephropathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 35 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given Febuxostat，and those in the treatment group were given Febuxostat combined with the kidney-nourishing and turbid-expelling prescription.The course of treatment was 2 months for both groups.the two groups were compared in terms of clinical outcome，biochemical parameters，and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome score before and after treatment.Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group (91.43% vs 77.14%，P<0.05).Both groups had significant changes in uric acid，creatinine，blood urea nitrogen，24-hour urinary protein，and TCM syndrome score after treatment，and there were significant differences in these indices between the two groups after treatment (all P<0.05).Conclusion：In the treatment of hyperuricemic nephropathy，the kidney-nourishing and turbid-expelling method combined with Febuxostat has a better clinical effect than Febuxostat alone in reducing uric acid and improving renal function and can delay the progression of this disease. |
