| 目的：评价加减柴陷汤治疗冠心病心绞痛伴失眠（痰热瘀阻证）的临床疗效。方法：将60例冠心病心绞痛伴失眠（痰热瘀阻证）患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各30例。2组均予心绞痛西医常规治疗，治疗组在心绞痛常规治疗基础上加用加减柴陷汤治疗，对照组在心绞痛常规治疗基础上加用艾司唑仑治疗。比较2组患者心绞痛疗效、失眠疗效、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表（PSQI）评分及不良反应发生情况。结果：心绞痛与失眠疗效总有效率治疗组均为93.33%，对照组分别为70.00%、73.33%，组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；2组PSQI评分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；且2组均未发生严重不良反应。结论：加减柴陷胸汤不仅可显著缓解痰热瘀阻型冠心病心绞痛伴失眠患者的心绞痛症状，还能改善其睡眠质量，且未发现不良反应，值得推广。 |

| Clinical effect of modified Chaixian decoction in treatment of angina pectoris with insomnia：An analysis of 30 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of modified Chaixian decoction in the treatment of angina pectoris with insomnia (phlegm-heat and stasis syndrome).Methods：A total of 60 patients with angina pectoris and insomnia (phlegm-heat and stasis syndrome) were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 30 patients in each group.In addition to the conventional Western medicine treatment of angina pectoris，the patients in the treatment group were given modified Chaixian decoction，and those in the control group were given estazolam.The two groups were compared in terms of the response rates of angina pectoris and insomnia，Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score，and incidence rate of adverse events.Results：There were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in the overall response rates of angina pectoris (93.33% vs 70.00%，P＜0.05) and insomnia (93.33% vs 73.33%，P＜0.05).Both groups had a significant change in PSQI score after treatment，and there was a significant difference in PSQI between the two groups after treatment (P＜0.05).No serious adverse events were observed.Conclusion：In patients with angina pectoris and insomnia (phlegm-heat and stasis syndrome)，modified Chaixian decoction can significantly improve the symptoms of angina pectoris and sleep quality，with few adverse events，and therefore，it holds promise for clinical application. |
