| 目的：观察通腑消胰汤治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床疗效及其对炎症反应和免疫功能的影响。方法：选取80例重症急性胰腺炎患者，按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，每组各40例。对照组采用西医常规疗法治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用通腑消胰汤治疗。结果：总有效率治疗组为97.5%，对照组为85.0%，组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；2组血清淀粉酶（AMS）和尿淀粉酶（UAM）、血清炎性因子各项指标、外周血中细胞免疫指标治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：通腑消胰汤治疗重症急性胰腺炎有较好疗效，可缓解重症急性胰腺炎患者的全身炎症反应，提高机体免疫力。 |

| Clinical efficacy of Tongfu Xiaoyi decoction in treatment of severe acute pancreatitis：An analysis of 40 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of Tongfu Xiaoyi decoction in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis and the effects of Tongfu Xiaoyi decoction on inflammatory response and immune function.Methods：A total of 80 patients with severe acute pancreatitis were equally and randomly divided into treatment group and control group using a random number table.The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment，while the treatment group was given Tongfu Xiaoyi decoction in addition to the treatment for the control group.Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group（97.5% vs 85.0%，P<0.05).After treatment，both groups showed significant improvements in serum amylase level，urinary amylase level，serum levels of inflammatory factors，and the cellular immunity indices in peripheral blood（P<0.05)，and there were significant differences in the above indices between the two groups（P<0.05).Conclusion：Tongfu Xiaoyi decoction has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis by alleviating the systemic inflammatory response and enhancing the body immunity of patients. |
