| 目的：建立骨刺胶囊的质量标准。方法：采用显微鉴别法鉴别全蝎、土鳖虫、白芍；采用薄层色谱法（TLC）鉴别白芍、延胡索、威灵仙、龙血竭。结果：显微鉴别特征明显；薄层色谱相应主斑点清晰，分离度好，且阴性无干扰。结论：本文建立的方法专属性强、重复性好，可用于骨刺胶囊的质量控制。 |

| Objective：To establish the quality standard for Guci capsules.Methods：Microscopic identification was used to identify scorpion，Eupolyphaga steleophaga，and Radix Paeoniae Alba；thin-layer chromatography（TLC）was used for the identification of Radix Paeoniae Alba，Rhizoma Corydalis，Clematis chinensis，and Resina Draconis.Results：Microscopic identification had marked features.There were clear and well separated TLC spots，with no interference from negative control.Conclusion：The method established in this study has good specificity and repeatability and can be used for the quality control of Guci capsules. |
