| 目的：观察降浊解毒汤治疗痰浊瘀毒型甲状腺功能亢进症的临床疗效。方法：将100例痰浊瘀毒型甲状腺功能亢进症患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各50例。对照组采用甲巯咪唑治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用降浊解毒汤治疗。结果：总有效率治疗组为90.0%，对照组为86.0%，2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；2组TGAb、TPOAb水平治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：降浊解毒汤治疗痰浊瘀毒型甲状腺功能亢进症有较好的临床疗效。 |

| Clinical effect of Jiangzhuo Jiedu decoction in treatment of hyperthyroidism：An analysis of 100 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Jiangzhuo Jiedu decoction in the treatment of hyperthyroidism with turbid phlegm and stasis toxin.Methods：A total of 100 patients with hyperthyroidism with turbid phlegm and stasis-toxin were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 50 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given methimazole，and those in the treatment group were given Jiangzhuo Jiedu decoction in addition to the treatment in the control group.Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group（90.0% vs 86.0%，P<0.05）.Both groups had significant reductions in the levels of TGAb and TPOAb after treatment，and there were significant differences between the two groups after treatment（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Jiangzhuo Jiedu decoction has a good clinical effect in the treatment of hyperthyroidism with turbid phlegm and stasis-toxin. |
