| 目的：研究补肺养心汤对冠心病心力衰竭患者中医证候及心功能的影响。方法：将94 例冠心病心力衰竭患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各47 例。对照组予以螺内酯、呋塞米、阿司匹林肠溶片等常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合补肺养心汤治疗,2组均以4周为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。治疗后比较2组的中医证候（心悸、气短、胸胁作痛）积分及心功能指标左心室射血分数（LVEF）、左心室收缩末期内径（LVESD）及左心室舒张末期内径（LVEDD）变化。结果：总有效率治疗组为85.11%（40/47）,高于对照组的63.83%（30/47）,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后2组患者心悸、气短、胸胁作痛等中医证候积分及LVEDD、LVESD水平较治疗前降低,LVEF水平较治疗前升高,且治疗组改善幅度较对照组更为明显（均P＜0.05）。结论：补肺养心汤可有效缓解冠心病心力衰竭患者的临床症状,改善心功能,促进病情恢复。 |

| Effect of Bufei Yangxin decoction on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and cardiac function in patients with heart failure caused by coronary heart disease |

| Objective：To investigate the effect of Bufei Yangxin decoction on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome and cardiac function in patients with heart failure caused by coronary heart disease.Methods：A total of 94 patients with heart failure caused by coronary heart disease were divided into treatment group and control group using a random number table,with 47 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional Western medicine treatment with spirolactone,furosemide,and enteric-coated aspirin tablets,and those in the treatment group were given Bufei Yangxin decoction in addition to the treatment in the control group.Each course of treatment was 4 weeks,and both groups were treated for 3 courses.The two groups were compared in terms of the changes in TCM syndrome score (palpitation,short breath,and chest pain) and cardiac function parameters ［left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),left ventricular end-systolic diameter (LVESD),and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD)］ after treatment.Results：The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group ［85.11% (40/47) vs 63.83% (30/47),P<0.05］.After treatment,both groups had significant reductions in the TCM syndrome scores of palpitation,short breath,and chest pain and the cardiac function parameters LVEDD and LVESD,as well as a significant increase in LVEF,and the treatment group had significantly greater improvements than the control group (all P<0.05).Conclusion：Bufei Yangxin decoction can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,improve cardiac function,and promote disease recovery in patients with heart failure caused by coronary heart disease. |
