| 目的：建立测定宁志胶囊中芒果苷含量的HPLC法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为Agilent 5TC-C18（250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm），以乙腈-0.2%冰醋酸溶液（13∶87）为流动相，检测波长为258 nm，流速为1.0 ml/min，柱温为30 ℃。结果：芒果苷在4.0951～51.1885 μg/ml之间呈良好线性关系（r=0.99987）。芒果苷平均加样回收率为104.92%（n=6），RSD=1.20%。结论：经方法学验证，本法可用于宁志胶囊的质量控制。 |

| Determination of mangiferin in Ningzhi capsules by high-performance liquid chromatography |

| Objective：To investigate the high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for determining mangiferin in Ningzhi capsules.Methods：HPLC was performed on an Agilent 5TC-C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm) with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.2% glacial acetic acid solution (13∶87)，at a detection wavelength of 258 nm，a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min，and a column temperature of 30 ℃.Results：Mangiferin showed a good linear relationship within the range of 4.0951～51.1885 μg/mL (r=0.99987).The average recovery rate of mangiferin was 104.92% (n=6)，with a relative standard deviation of 1.20%.Conclusion：Methodology validation shows that this method can be used for the quality control of Ningzhi capsules. |
