HPLC法测定宁志胶囊中芒果苷含量的研究

摘要:
目的:建立测定宁志胶囊中芒果苷含量的HPLC法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent 5TC-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),以乙腈-0.2%冰醋酸溶液(13∶87)为流动相,检测波长为258 nm,流速为1.0 ml/min,柱温为30 ℃。结果:芒果苷在4.0951~51.1885 μg/ml之间呈良好线性关系(r=0.99987)。芒果苷平均加样回收率为104.92%(n=6),RSD=1.20%。结论:经方法学验证,本法可用于宁志胶囊的质量控制。

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for determining mangiferin in Ningzhi capsules.Methods:HPLC was performed on an Agilent 5TC-C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.2% glacial acetic acid solution (13∶87),at a detection wavelength of 258 nm,a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,and a column temperature of 30 ℃.Results:Mangiferin showed a good linear relationship within the range of 4.0951~51.1885 μg/mL (r=0.99987).The average recovery rate of mangiferin was 104.92% (n=6),with a relative standard deviation of 1.20%.Conclusion:Methodology validation shows that this method can be used for the quality control of Ningzhi capsules.
