| 目的：研究青风藤联合黑顺片对大鼠胶原型关节炎（CIA）的疗效。方法：将40只雌性SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、阳性对照组、青风藤联合黑顺片组，每组10只。对除空白组外的其余组大鼠进行生II型胶原诱导的CIA模型制备，初次免疫7d后再次免疫时各组开始灌胃给药，空白组和模型组予0.9%氯化钠注射液（2ml/只），阳性对照组予吲哚美辛（1.0g/kg），青风藤联合黑顺片组予青风藤+黑顺片（1.08g/kg+1.35g/kg）。观察大鼠一般情况，测取足肿胀度，采用ELISA法检测血清细胞因子IL-17、IL-23的含量。结果：与模型组比较，药物组大鼠体质量增长快，足肿胀程度减轻，IL-17、IL-23含量降低，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：青风藤联合黑顺片对大鼠CIA模型具有治疗作用，其疗效可能是通过降低IL-17和IL-23含量而实现的。 |

| Effect of Sinomenium acutum combined with Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata slices in treatment of collagen-induced arthritis in rats：An experimental study |

| Objective：To investigate the effect of Sinomenium acutum combined with Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata slices in the treatment of collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) in rats.Methods：A total of 40 female Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into blank group，model group，positive control group，and Sinomenium acutum+Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata slices group，with 10 rats in each group.All rats except those in the blank group were used to establish a model of CIA induced by type II collagen，and drugs were given by gavage since re-immunization on day 7 after initial immunization.The rats in the blank group and the model group were given 0.9% sodium chloride injection (2ml for each rat)，those in the positive control group were given indometacin (1.0g/kg)，and those in the Sinomenium acutum+Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata slices group were given Sinomenium acutum (1.08g/kg) and Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata slices (1.35g/kg).General status was observed，degree of paw swelling was measured，and ELISA was used to measure the serum levels of interleukin-17 (IL-17) and interleukin-23 (IL-23).Results：Compared with the model group，the drug treatment group had a significantly higher speed of the increase in body weight and significant reductions in the degree of paw swelling and the serum levels of IL-17 and IL-23 (P＜0.05).Conclusion：Sinomenium acutum combined with Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata slices exerts a therapeutic effect on rats with CIA，possibly by reducing the levels of IL-17 and IL-23. |
