| 目的：探讨蠲痹历节清方对急性痛风性关节炎动物模型肿胀与炎症的影响，探讨其可能的作用机制。方法：将48只SPF级健康雄性湘黄鸡随机分为正常组、模型组、蠲痹历节清方组、别嘌醇组，每组12只。采用高蛋白饮食的方法（饮食中的蛋白含量为50%）建立鸡痛风性关节炎模型。正常组及模型组予0.9%氯化钠注射液灌胃，蠲痹历节清方组予蠲痹历节清方汤剂（30ml/kg）灌胃，别嘌醇组予别嘌醇溶液（15ml/kg）灌胃，每天2次，共21d。观察干预后不同时间点各组动物踝关节肿胀程度及炎症细胞数量。结果：1）踝关节肿胀指数。干预1d，与正常组相比，模型组、蠲痹历节清方组及别嘌醇组踝关节肿胀指数均上升，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；干预7、14、21d，与模型组相比，蠲痹历节清方组及别嘌醇组踝关节肿胀指数均下降，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；干预21d，蠲痹历节清方组与别嘌醇组差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。2）炎症细胞数量。干预21d，与正常组相比，模型组白细胞、淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞数量均升高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；与模型组相比，蠲痹历节清方组及别嘌醇组白细胞、淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞数量均下降，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：蠲痹历节清方对鸡急性痛风性关节炎模型有明显的消肿抗炎作用，且有助于缓解关节疼痛。 |

| Detumescence and anti-infection effects of Juanbi Lijieqing prescription in an animal model of acute gouty arthritis：An experimental study |

| Objective：To investigate the effect of Juanbi Lijieqing prescription on swelling and inflammation in an animal model of acute gouty arthritis and its mechanism of action.Methods：A total of 48 specific pathogen-free healthy male Hunan yellow chickens were randomly divided into normal group，model group，Juanbi Lijieqing prescription group，and allopurinol group，with 12 chickens in each group.Protein-rich diet with a protein content of 50% was used to establish a model of gouty arthritis.The normal group and the model group were given 0.9% sodium chloride injection by gavage，the Juanbi Lijieqing prescription group was given the decoction of Juanbi Lijieqing prescription (30ml/kg) by gavage，and the allopurinol group was given allopurinol solution (15ml/kg) by gavage，twice a day for 21 days.The degree of ankle joint swelling and the number of inflammatory cells were observed at different time points after intervention.Results：As for ankle joint swelling index，compared with the normal group on day 1 of intervention，the model group，the Juanbi Lijieqing prescription group，and the allopurinol group had a significant increase in ankle joint swelling index (P＜0.05)；compared with the model group on days 7，14，and 21 of intervention，the Juanbi Lijieqing prescription group and the allopurinol group had a significant reduction in ankle joint swelling index (P＜0.05)；on day 21 of intervention，there was no significant difference in ankle joint swelling index between the Juanbi Lijieqing prescription group and the allopurinol group (P>0.05).As for the number of inflammatory cells，compared with the normal group on day 21 of intervention，the model group had significant increases in the numbers of white blood cells，lymphocytes，and neutrophils (P＜0.05)，and compared with the model group，the Juanbi Lijieqing prescription group and the allopurinol group had significant reductions in the numbers of white blood cells，lymphocytes，and neutrophils (P＜0.05).Conclusion：In a chicken model of acute gouty arthritis，Juanbi Lijieqing prescription has marked detumescence and anti-infection effects and can relieve joint pain. |
