| 目的：观察亚甲方治疗亚急性甲状腺炎火郁痰阻证患者的临床疗效。方法：将50例亚甲炎火郁痰阻证患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各25例。治疗组予亚甲方治疗，对照组予强的松片治疗，疗程均为6周，比较2组治疗前后临床症状及血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、血清游离甲状腺素(FT4)、促甲状腺激素（TSH）、C反应蛋白（CRP）、血沉（ESR）等实验室指标的变化，评价综合疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为95.83%，对照组为73.91%，2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组FT3、FT4、TSH、CRP、ESR指标治疗前后组内比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；2组治疗后组间比较，FT3指标的变化差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），治疗组ESR、CRP、FT4、TSH指标的改善优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：亚甲方治疗亚甲炎火郁痰阻证疗效显著，可明显改善患者的相关生化指标及临床症状。 |

| Clinical effect of Yajia prescription in treatment of subacute thyroiditis with fire-stagnation and phlegm-obstruction syndrome：An analysis of 24 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Yajia prescription in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis with fire-stagnation and phlegm-obstruction syndrome.Methods：A total of 50 patients with subacute thyroiditis with fire-stagnation and phlegm-obstruction syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 25 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were given Yajia prescription，and those in the control group were given prednisone tablets.The course of treatment was 6 weeks for both groups.The two groups were compared in terms of the changes in clinical symptoms and laboratory markers [serum free triiodothyronine (FT3)，serum free thyroxine (FT4)，thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH)，C-reactive protein (CRP)，and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR)] after treatment，and overall response was evaluated.Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group (95.83% vs 73.91%，P<0.05).Both groups had significant changes in FT3，FT4，TSH，CRP，and ESR after treatment (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the change in FT3 after treatment between the two groups (P>0.05)，and compared with the control group，the treatment group had significantly better improvements in ESR，CRP，FT4，and TSH.Conclusion：Yajia prescription has a good clinical effect in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis with fire-stagnation and phlegm-obstruction syndrome and can significantly improve patients’ biochemical parameters and clinical symptoms. |
