| 目的：观察米非司酮联合菊藻丸治疗子宫肌瘤的临床有效性、安全性。方法：筛选68例子宫肌瘤患者，随机分成治疗组和对照组，每组各34例。对照组予米非司酮治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用菊藻丸治疗。观察比较2组患者治疗后的月经量、最大肌瘤体积、总有效率与复发率。结果：2组患者月经量和最大肌瘤体积治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；总有效率治疗组为91.18%，对照组为82.35%，组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；随访半年，复发率治疗组为0，对照组为7.14%，随访1年，复发率治疗组为3.23%，对照组为14.29%，2组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：米非司酮与菊藻丸联合治疗对改善子宫肌瘤患者临床症状、体征具有较好疗效。 |

| Clinical effect of mifepristone combined with Juzao pills in treatment of uterine myoma：An analysis of 34 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect and safety of mifepristone combined with Juzao pills in the treatment of uterine myoma.Methods：A total of 68 patients with uterine myoma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 34 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given mifepristone alone，and those in the treatment group were given mifepristone combined with Juzao pills.The two groups were compared in terms of menstrual volume，maximum myoma volume，overall response rate，and recurrence rate after treatment.Results：Both groups had significant changes in menstrual volume and maximum myoma volume after treatment，and there were significant differences in the two indices between the two groups after treatment (P<0.05).There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group (91.18% vs 82.35%，P<0.05).There was a significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups after follow-up for half a year and 1 year (half a year：0% vs 7.14%，P<0.05；1 year：3.23% vs 14.29%，P<0.05).Conclusion：In patients with uterine myoma，mifepristone combined with Juzao pills can significantly improve their clinical symptoms and signs. |
