目的:探讨不同剂量的附子理中汤对失血性低血压大鼠心率及心肌酶的影响。方法:将大鼠随机分为正常组,模型组,附子理中汤高、中、低剂量组,每组10只,除正常组外,其余4组均建立失血性低血压的大鼠模型,采用多通道生理信号采集系统采集全程心率的变化;酶联免疫试剂盒检测天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)的水平,观察不同浓度的附子理中汤对大鼠心率和相关心功能指标的影响。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠心率减缓(P<0.01);与模型组比较,附子理中汤高、中剂量组大鼠心率均增快(P<0.01),以高剂量组最为明显,而低剂量组对心率无影响;模型组AST、LDH、CK、CK-MB水平均较正常组升高(P<0.01);与模型组比较,附子理中汤中、低剂量组AST、LDH、CK、CK-MB水平均显著降低(P<0.01),附子理中汤高剂量组与模型组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:附子理中汤在一定剂量下对失血性低血压模型大鼠的心率与心功能有改善作用,可降低AST、LDH、CK、CK-MB的活性,但随着剂量的加大,会对心脏产生一定的毒副作用。 |

Effect of Fuzi Lizhong decoction on heart rate and myocardial enzyme in rats with hemorrhagic hypotension |

Abstract: |
Objective:To investigate the effect of Fuzi Lizhong decoction at different doses on heart rate and myocardial enzyme in rats with hemorrhagic hypotension.Methods:Rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,and high-,middle-,and low-dose Fuzi Lizhong decoction groups,with 10 rats in each group.All rats except those in the normal group were used to establish a rat model of hemorrhagic hypotension.A multi-channel physiological signal acquisition system was used to record the change in heart rate,and ELISA was used to measure the levels of aspartate aminotransferase(AST),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),creatine kinase(CK),and creatine kinase-MB(CK-MB).The effect of different concentrations of Fuzi Lizhong decoction on heart rate and related cardiac function parameters was observed.Results:Compared with the normal group,the model group had a significant reduction in heart rate(P<0.01);compared with the model group,the high- and middle-dose Fuzi Lizhong decoction groups had a significant increase in heart rate(P<0.01),and the high-dose Fuzi Lizhong decoction group had the greatest increase,while there was no significant change in heart rate in the low-dose Fuzi Lizhong decoction group.Compared with the normal group,the model group had significant increases in AST,LHD,CK,and CK-MB(P<0.01);compared with the model group,the middle- and low-dose Fuzi Lizhong decoction groups had significant reductions in AST,LHD,CK,and CK-MB(P<0.01),and there were no significant differences between the high-dose Fuzi Lizhong decoction group and the model group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Fuzi Lizhong decoction at a proper dose can improve heart rate and cardiac function in rats with hemorrhagic hypotension and reduce the activities of AST,LHD,CK,and CK-MB,while its toxic and side effects on heart increase with the increase in dose. |
