| 目的：观察加减桂枝茯苓丸治疗湿热瘀阻型慢性放射性直肠炎的临床疗效。方法：将68 例慢性放射性直肠炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各34 例。2组均予以对症支持治疗，对照组在此基础上予复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上联合加减桂枝茯苓丸治疗，2组疗程均为14 d。观察2组综合疗效、中医证候积分、血清实验室指标［C反应蛋白（CRP）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）］水平、Karnofsky功能状态（KPS）评分及不良反应等情况。结果：治疗期间治疗组剔除1 例，对照组剔除3 例，最终治疗组纳入33 例，对照组纳入31 例。总有效率治疗组为84.85%（28/33），对照组为67.74%（21/31），2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组中医证候积分、CRP、TNF-α、IL-6及KPS评分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05或P<0.01）。治疗期间2组均未出现不良反应。结论：加减桂枝茯苓丸联合西药治疗慢性放射性直肠炎疗效较好，可减轻患者肠道炎症反应，改善临床症状，提高患者生活质量，值得临床推广和应用。 |

| Clinical effect of modified Guizhi Fuling pills in treatment of chronic radiation-induced proctitis with stagnant dampness-heat：An analysis of 33 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of modified Guizhi Fuling pills in the treatment of chronic radiation-induced proctitis with stagnant dampness-heat.Methods：A total of 68 patients with chronic radiation-induced proctitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 34 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given symptomatic/supportive treatment combined with compound glutamine enteric-coated capsules，and those in the treatment group were given modified Guizhi Fuling pills in addition to the treatment in the control group；the course of treatment was 14 days for both groups.The two groups were observed in terms of overall response，traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome score，serological markers ［C-reactive protein (CRP)，tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α)，and interleukin-6 (IL-6)］，Karnofsky Performance Scale (KPS) score，and adverse reactions.Results：One patient in the treatment group and 3 in the control group were removed during treatment，and finally 33 patients in the treatment group and 31 in the control group were included in the analysis.There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group ［84.85% (28/33) vs 67.74% (21/31)，P<0.05］.After treatment，both groups had significant changes in TCM syndrome score，CRP，TNF-α，IL-6，and KPS score，and the treatment group had significantly greater changes than the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01).No adverse reactions were observed in either group during treatment.Conclusion：Modified Guizhi Fuling pills combined with Western medicine treatment has a good clinical effect in the treatment of chronic radiation-induced proctitis and can alleviate intestinal inflammatory response and improve clinical symptoms and quality of life，and therefore，it holds promise for clinical application. |
