| 目的：观察平溃愈疡汤联合美沙拉嗪治疗轻中度活动期脾虚湿阻型溃疡性结肠炎（UC）的临床疗效。方法：将64 例轻中度活动期脾虚湿阻型UC患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各32 例。对照组采用美沙拉嗪治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用平溃愈疡汤治疗。比较2组综合疗效、中医证候（脓血便、腹泻腹胀、食欲减退、肢倦乏力、面色萎黄）评分及总分、红细胞沉降率（ESR）、C反应蛋白（CRP）水平以及不良反应发生情况。结果：总有效率治疗组为93.75%（30/32），高于对照组的75.00%（24/32），组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗组各项中医证候评分及总分，对照组除食欲减退外其他各项中医证候评分及总分治疗前后组内比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；各项中医证候评分及总分治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，2组ESR、CRP水平均较治疗前下降（P<0.05），且治疗组低于对照组（P<0.05）。不良反应总发生率治疗组为15.63%（5/32），低于对照组的28.13%（9/32），组间比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：平溃愈疡汤联合美沙拉嗪治疗轻中度活动期脾虚湿阻型UC，能改善临床症状，减轻炎症反应，疗效显著，值得临床推广运用。 |

| Clinical effect of Pingkui Yuyang decoction combined with mesalazine in treatment of ulcerative colitis：An analysis of 32 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Pingkui Yuyang decoction combined with mesalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis (UC) with spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation in the mild to moderate active stage.Methods：A total of 64 patients in the mild to moderate active stage of UC with spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 32 patients in each group.The patients in the control group received mesalazine，and those in the treatment group received Pingkui Yuyang decoction in addition to the treatment in the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of overall response，traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome (stool with blood and pus，diarrhea and abdominal distension，anorexia，limb fatigue and weakness，sallow complexion) score and total score，erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR)，C-reactive protein (CRP)，and adverse reactions.Results：The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group ［93.75% (30/32) vs 75.00% (24/32)，P<0.05］.The treatment group had significant changes in TCM syndrome scores and total score after treatment，and the control group had significant changes in TCM syndrome scores and total score except anorexia (P<0.05)；after treatment，there were significant differences in TCM syndrome scores and total score between the two groups (P<0.05).After treatment，both groups had significant reductions in the levels of ESR and CRP (P<0.05)，and the treatment group had significantly lower levels than the control group (P<0.05).The treatment group had a lower incidence rate of adverse reactions than the control group ［15.63% (5/32) vs 28.13% (9/32)，P>0.05］.Conclusion：In the treatment of UC with spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation in the mild to moderate active stage，Pingkui Yuyang decoction combined with mesalazine has a marked clinical effect and can improve clinical symptoms and alleviate inflammatory response，and therefore，it holds promise for clinical application. |
