| 目的：探究紫贝止咳颗粒联合阿奇霉素治疗肺炎支原体感染小儿急性支气管炎的疗效和安全性。方法：选取100 例肺炎支原体感染急性支气管炎患儿为研究对象，依照随机数字表法将其分为治疗组和对照组，每组各50 例。对照组单用西药治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用紫贝止咳颗粒治疗，比较2组的临床疗效，发热、咳嗽、咽部充血、肺部啰音消失时间，炎性因子水平［超敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CPR）、γ干扰素（IFN-γ）、降钙素原（PCT）］及不良反应发生情况（肝毒性反应、胃肠道反应、过敏反应）。结果：总有效率治疗组为94.0%（47/50），高于对照组的76.0%（38/50），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗组的发热、咳嗽、咽部充血、肺部啰音消失时间均明显短于对照组（P＜0.01）。治疗后，2组患儿hs-CPR、IFN-γ、PCT水平均明显下降，且治疗组降幅大于对照组（均P＜0.05）。不良反应总发生率治疗组为6.0%（3/50），对照组为4.0%（2/50），差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：紫贝止咳颗粒联合阿奇霉素治疗肺炎支原体感染小儿急性支气管炎疗效颇佳，能够有效改善临床症状和体征，降低炎性因子水平，且具有一定安全性。 |

| Efficacy of Zibei Zhike granules combined with azithromycin in treatment of acute bronchitis in pediatric patients with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection |

| Objective：To investigate the efficacy and safety of Zibei Zhike granules combined with azithromycin in the treatment of acute bronchitis in pediatric patients with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Methods：A total of 100 pediatric patients with acute bronchitis due to Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection were enrolled as subjects and were divided into treatment group and control group using a random number table，with 50 pediatric patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given Western medicine treatment alone，and those in the treatment group were given Zibei Zhike granules in addition to the treatment in the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of clinical effect，time to disappearance of pyrexia/cough/pharyngeal congestion/pulmonary rales，levels of inflammatory factors［high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CPR)，interferon gamma (IFN-γ)，and procalcitonin (PCT)］，and adverse reactions (hepatotoxicity，gastrointestinal reactions，and allergic reaction).Results：The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group［94.0% (47/50) vs 76.0% (38/50)，P＜0.05］.Compared with the control group，the treatment group had significantly shorter time to disappearance of pyrexia，cough，pharyngeal congestion，and pulmonary rales (P＜0.01).After treatment，both groups had significant reductions in the levels of hs-CPR，IFN-γ，and PCT，and the treatment group had significantly greater reductions than the control group (all P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the treatment group and the control group［6.0% (3/50) vs 4.0%(2/50)，P>0.05］.Conclusion：Zibei Zhike granules combined with azithromycin had a good clinical effect in the treatment of acute bronchitis in pediatric patients with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection and can significantly improve clinical symptoms and signs and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors，with relatively good safety. |
