| 目的：观察中西医结合加速康复外科在剖宫产围手术期中的临床疗效。方法： 将60 例足月妊娠择期剖宫产妇随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各30 例。治疗组采用中西医结合加速康复外科治疗，对照组采用常规治疗。比较2组术后住院时间、产后出血量及子宫复旧、泌乳、肠道功能与膀胱功能恢复情况。结果：与对照组相比，治疗组住院时间更短、产后出血量更少、子宫复旧情况更佳，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01或P<0.05）。2组患者术后24h内均成功泌乳，泌乳充足率治疗组为83.3%（25/30），对照组为60.0%（18/30），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组术后首次排气时间组间比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。术后便秘发生率治疗组为20.0%（6/30），对照组为46.7%（14/30），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。术后仅对照组1 例患者出现尿潴留，2组比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：中西医结合加速康复外科可缩短剖宫产术后住院时间，减少产后出血量，加快子宫复旧与肠道功能恢复，促进泌乳，且不增加术后尿潴留的风险，疗效颇佳。 |

| Clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy combined with enhanced recovery after surgery in the perioperative period of cesarean section |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy combined with enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) in the perioperative period of cesarean section.Methods：A total of 60 parturients with full-term pregnancy undergoing elective cesarean section were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 30 patients in each group.The parturients in the treatment group were given integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy combined with ERAS treatment regimen，and those in the control group were given conventional treatment regimen.The two groups were compared in terms of length of postoperative hospital stay，postpartum blood loss，uterine involution，lactation，intestinal functional recovery，and bladder functional recovery.Results：Compared with the control group，the treatment group had a significantly shorter length of hospital stay，a significantly lower volume of postpartum blood loss，and significantly better uterine involution (P<0.01 or P<0.05).Both groups had successful lactation within 24 hours after surgery，and there was a significant difference in adequate lactation rate between the treatment group and the control group ［83.3% (25/30) vs 60.0% (18/30)，P<0.05］.There was no significant difference in the time to first flatus between the two groups (P>0.05)，and there was a significant difference in the incidence rate of constipation after surgery between the two groups ［20.0% (6/30) vs 46.7% (14/30)，P<0.05］.Only one patient in the control group experienced urinary retention after surgery，with no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion：Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy combined with ERAS has a marked clinical effect and can shorten the length of hospital stay after cesarean section，reduce postpartum blood loss，accelerate uterine involution and intestinal functional recovery，and promote lactation，without increasing the risk of urinary retention after surgery. |
