| 目的：分析和研究国医大师熊继柏辨治胃脘痛的学术特点及组方配伍规律。方法：搜集整理学术论著、期刊论文、报纸文章中熊老治疗胃脘痛的方剂，分析其辨治特点，并利用中医传承计算平台进行用药频次分析、关联规则分析，利用复杂系统熵聚类方法分析其核心组合，形成新处方以研究其组方配伍规律。结果：共纳入处方72首，涉及中药100味，多为理气药、补虚药，总用药频次875次。中药药性以温、寒、平为主，五味以苦、辛、甘为主，多入脾、胃经，肺、肝经次之。药物频次、组合和关联规则分析显示多以甘草、陈皮、木香、砂仁、枳实、白芍、厚朴、半夏八味药的两味至五味配伍为主。结论：熊老治疗胃脘痛辨证首重分虚实，治疗注重行气止痛，处方以甘草、陈皮、木香、砂仁、枳实、白芍、厚朴、半夏为核心，通过不同配伍达到治疗目的。 |

| Academin characteristics and compatibility rule of National Chinese Medicine Master Xiong Jibai in syndrome differentiation-based treatment of epigastric pain |

| Objective：To investigate the academic characteristics and compatibility rule of National Chinese Medicine Master Xiong Jibai in the syndrome differentiation-based treatment of epigastric pain.Methods：Prescriptions for the treatment of epigastric pain used by Xiong Jibai were collected from academic works，journal articles，and newspapers，and the characteristics of syndrome differentiation-based treatment were analyzed.Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing System was used for drug frequency analysis and association rule analysis，and the complex system entropy clustering method was used to analyze core combinations.New prescriptions were formed to investigate the compatibility rule.Results：A total of 72 prescriptions were included，involving 100 traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) drugs，most of which were Qi-regulating and deficiency-tonifying herbs，and total drug frequency was 875 times.Most TCM drugs had a warm，cold or neutral nature and a bitter，pungent or sweet taste，and they mostly entered the spleen and gastric meridians，followed by the lung and liver meridians.Drug frequency analysis，combination analysis，and association rule analysis showed that among Radix Glycyrrhizae，tangerine peel，Saussurea costus，Amomum villosum，Fructus Aurantii Immaturus，Radix Paeoniae Alba，Magnolia officinalis，and Pinellia ternata，two to five drugs were often selected for compatibility.Conclusion：In the syndrome differentiation-based treatment of epigastric pain，Xiong Jibai first emphasizes the identification of deficiency and excess and focuses on moving Qi and relieving pain during treatment.Radix Glycyrrhizae，tangerine peel，Saussurea costus，Amomum villosum，Fructus Aurantii Immaturus，Radix Paeoniae Alba，Magnolia officinalis，and Pinellia ternate are the core drugs for prescription，and the goal of treatment is achieved by combining different drugs. |
