| 目的：分析新型冠状病毒肺炎（COVID-19）的药证规律，为COVID-19的中医论治提供参考。方法：以湖北黄冈大别山医院184 例新型冠状病毒肺炎（COVID-19）确诊患者为研究对象，收集其中医证候、处方用药，运用SPSS 21.0统计软件进行频次统计、聚类分析，运用IBM SPSS Modeler 18对药物、症状进行关联规则分析。结果：共纳入265个处方，涉及中药129味。药物主要功效依次为化湿、健脾、化痰、清热解毒、止咳平喘等；主要归肺、脾、胃经等；常见的药物-药物之间的关联规则分析表明，黄芪-党参等为常用药对，鸡内金+黄芪→党参等为常用三味药物组合，薏苡仁+鸡内金+黄芪→党参等为常用四味药物组合；常见的药物-症状组合规律为：益气-苔腻、健脾-苔腻、化湿-苔腻等。结论：COVID-19患者多肺脾同病，主要病机为疫毒闭肺、湿困中焦、痰湿内蕴，宜从肺脾论治，以化湿、健脾、宣肺平喘、清热等为基本治法。 |

| Medication-syndrome rules of patients with coronavirus disease 2019：An analysis of 184 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the medication-syndrome rules of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19)，and to provide a reference for traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treatment.Methods：A total of 184 patients who were diagnosed with COVID-19 in Hubei Huanggang Dabieshan Hospital were enrolled as subjects，and the data on TCM syndrome and prescriptions were collected.SPSS 21.0 was used for frequency analysis and cluster analysis，and IBM SPSS Modeler 18 was used to perform an association rule analysis of drugs and symptoms.Results：A total of 265 prescriptions were included，involving 129 TCM drugs in total.The main functions of the drugs included resolving dampness，strengthening the spleen，resolving phlegm，clearing heat and detoxicating，and relieving cough and asthma，and most drugs entered the lung，spleen，and stomach meridians.The association rule analysis of common drug-drug combinations showed that Astragalus membranaceus-Codonopsis pilosula was a commonly used drug combination，Chicken’s Gizzard-membrane+Astragalus membranaceus+Codonopsis pilosula was a commonly used combination of three drugs，and coix seed+Chicken’s Gizzard-membrane+Astragalus membranaceus+Codonopsis pilosula was a commonly used combination of four drugs.The common rules of drug-symptom combination included tonifying Qi-greasy coating on the tongue，strengthening the spleen-greasy coating on the tongue，and resolving dampness-greasy coating on the tongue.Conclusion：Patients with COVID-19 tend to have diseases in both the lung and the spleen，and the main pathogenesis includes epidemic toxin obstructing the lung，dampness retention in the middle energizer，and phlegm-damp retention.It is recommended to treat the disease from the lung and the spleen，with the basic treatment methods of resolving dampness，strengthening the spleen，facilitating the flow of lung Qi and relieving asthma，and clearing heat. |
