| 目的：采用数据挖掘的方法分析宋鲁成教授治疗冠心病的组方用药规律。方法：收集并整理宋教授2021年1～5月诊治冠心病的门诊病案，利用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)对处方中药物的频次、性味、归经、药对组合进行统计，进行关联规则分析与新方分析。结果：共纳入处方124首，中药173味，其中高频使用药物（≥30次）25味，频次居前10位的药物分别为党参、黄连、郁金、清半夏、炒薏苡仁、苏木、木香、柴胡、黄芩、厚朴。药性多属寒、温，药味多苦、辛、甘，归经以肝、脾、心经为主，演化出核心药物组合14组，潜在新处方7首。结论：宋教授治疗冠心病以虚、痰、瘀、热、毒为基础病机进行相应组方用药，擅用自组方参夏合剂和经方小柴胡汤，临床注重随症加减。 |

| Medication rule of Song Lucheng in treatment of coronary heart disease：An analysis based on data mining |

| Objective：To investigate the prescription and medication rules of Song Lucheng in the treatment of coronary heart disease based on data mining.Methods：The outpatient medical records were collected from the patients with coronary heart disease who were diagnosed and treated by Professor Song from January to May in 2021.The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System (V2.5) was used to perform a statistical analysis of drug frequency，nature and flavor，meridian entry，and drug combination，and association rule analysis and new prescription analysis were also performed.Results：A total of 124 prescriptions were included，involving 173 traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) drugs，among which 25 were high-frequency drugs (≥30 times)，and the top 10 drugs in terms of frequency were Codonopsis pilosula，Coptis chinensis，Curcuma aromatica，Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparata，fried coix seed，hematoxylon，Saussurea costus，Bupleurum chinense，Scutellaria baicalensis，and Magnolia officinalis.Most drugs had a cold or warm nature，a bitter，pungent，or sweet taste，and a meridian entry of the liver，spleen，and heart meridians.A total of 14 core drug combinations were obtained，as well as 7 potential new prescriptions.Conclusion：In the treatment of coronary heart disease，Professor Song uses prescriptions based on the pathogenesis of deficiency，phlegm，stasis，heat，and toxin，applies the self-made prescription Shenxia mixture and the classical prescription Xiaochaihu decoction，and pays attention to the modification of prescriptions based on symptoms in clinical practice. |
