| 目的：基于文献探讨中药外治法治疗化疗所致周围神经病变的用药规律及组方特点。方法：通过检索中国知网（CNKI）、中国生物医学文献服务系统（SinoMed）、维普中文科技期刊数据库（VIP）及万方数据（WANFANG DATA）建库至2021年6月收录的中药外治法治疗化疗所致周围神经病变的临床文献，建立数据库并运用数据挖掘技术对中药处方进行描述性分析、关联规则及聚类分析。结果：共纳入109篇文献，109首中药处方，涉及中药127味，总用药频次为908次，使用频率＞5%的有5类，由高到低分别为活血化瘀药、祛风湿药、补虚药、解表药、清热药；单味中药频次＞20次的有12味，分别为桂枝、红花、黄芪、川芎、当归、鸡血藤、赤芍、威灵仙、丹参、伸筋草、熟附子和艾叶；按性味分析，平、温、寒性药较多，辛、甘、苦味药多见，归经多入肝、心、脾、肾及肺经；关联规则分析显示红花-桂枝是支持度最高的药对。通过对频次＞20次的药物进行聚类分析，可将药物分为2大类。结论：中药外治法治疗化疗所致周围神经病变用药多以益气养血、活血通络为主，多用黄芪桂枝五物汤、补阳还五汤及桃红四物汤化裁。 |

| Objective：To investigate the medication rule and prescription features of traditional Chinese medicine external treatmentof chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy.Methods：CNKI，SinoMed，VIP，and Wanfang Data were searched for articles on traditional Chinese medicine external treatment of chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy published up to June 2021.A database was established，and data mining was used to perform descriptive analysis，association rule analysis，and cluster analysis of the prescriptions.Results：A total of 109 articles were included，involving 109 prescriptions and 127 TCM drugs.The total medication frequency was 908 times，and 5 types of drugs had a frequency of use of >5%，among which blood-activating and stasis-resolving drugs had the highest frequency of use，followed by wind-damp-dispelling drugs，deficiency-tonifying drugs，exterior syndrome-relieving drugs，and heat-clearing drugs.A total of 12 drugs had a frequency of use of >20 times，i.e.，Ramulus Cinnamomi，Carthamus tinctorius，Astragalus membranaceus，Rhizoma Chuanxiong，Angelica sinensis，Spatholobi Caulis，Radix Paeoniae Rubra，Clematis chinensis，Salvia miltiorrhiza，Lycopodium clavatum，processed Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata，and Folium Artemisiae Argyi.In terms of nature and taste，most drugs were neutral，warm，and cold in nature and had a pungent，sweet or bitter taste，and in terms of meridian entry，most drugs entered the liver，heart，spleen，kidney，and lung meridians.Association rule analysis showed that Carthamus tinctorius-Ramulus Cinnamomi was the drug combination with the highest degree of support.Cluster analysis of the drugs with a frequency of use of >20 times showed that the drugs were clustered into two categories.Conclusion：Qi-tonifying and blood-nourishing drugs and blood-activating and collateral-dredging drugs are often used in the traditional Chinese medicine external treatment of chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy，and commonly used prescriptions include modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction，Buyang Huanwu decoction，and Taohong Siwu decoction. |
