| 目的：观察通窍健步汤联合依达拉奉治疗脑梗死气虚血瘀证的临床疗效。方法：将80 例脑梗死气虚血瘀证患者随机分为2组，每组各40 例。2组均予以基础治疗，对照组在此基础上采用依达拉奉注射液治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用通窍健步汤治疗。2组疗程均为21 d，比较2组综合疗效、中医证候积分及生活自理能力（Barthel指数评分）。结果：总有效率治疗组为100.00%（40/40），对照组为87.50%（35/40），2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；2组中医证候积分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；2组治疗后Barthel指数评分比较，治疗组明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05)。结论：通窍健步汤联合依达拉奉注射液，能够有效改善脑梗死气虚血瘀证患者的临床症状，提高其生活自理能力，值得临床推广 |

| Clinical effect of Tongqiao Jianbu decoction combined with edaravone in treatment of cerebral infarction：An analysis of 40 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Tongqiao Jianbu decoction combined with edaravone in the treatment of cerebral infarction with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods：A total of 80 patients with cerebral infarction with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 40 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given basic treatment combined with edaravone injection，and those in the treatment group were given Tongqiao Jianbu decoction in addition to the treatment in the control group.The course of treatment was 21 days for both groups，and the two groups were compared in terms of overall response，TCM syndrome score，and self-care ability of daily living (Barthel Index).Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group ［100.00%(40/40)vs 87.50%(35/40)，P<0.05］.After treatment，both groups had a significant change in TCM syndrome score，and there was a significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the two groups after treatment (P＜0.05).After treatment，the treatment group had a significantly better Barthel Index than the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion：In the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome，Tongqiao Jianbu decoction combined with edaravone can effectively improve clinical symptoms and self-care ability of daily living and thus holds promise for clinical application. |
