| 目的：基于中医传承计算平台挖掘戴永生教授治疗复发性口疮的用药规律。方法：收集2017年6月1日至2020年6月30日戴教授治疗复发性口疮的有效医案，运用中医传承计算平台（V3.0）软件对处方数据进行药物频次、四气、五味、归经等统计，采用关联规则、聚类分析等进行数据挖掘。结果：共纳入处方305首，涉及药物122味，使用频次100次以上的药物共11味，分别是白术、甘草、黄柏、南沙参、连翘、茯苓、山药、砂仁、淡竹叶、苍术、地黄；药性多寒，药味多甘，多归脾经，胃经次之；功效归类以补虚药为主，清热药次之。关联分析得到41对常用药对，药物关联夫则26组，核心药物8味；聚类分析得出4组核心药物。结论：戴教授治疗复发性口疮以“补土伏火”为大法，补虚与清热同用，补虚为主、清热为辅，体现其扶正祛邪、攻补兼施的辨治思想和注重脾胃为后天之本的用药特点。 |

| Medication rule of Dai Yongsheng in treatment of recurrent aphtha：An analysis based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing System |

| Objective：To investigate the medication rule of Professor Dai Yongsheng in the treatment of recurrent aphtha based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing System (TCMICS).Methods：Valid medical records were collected from the patients with recurrent aphtha who were treated by Professor Dai from June 1，2017 to June 30，2020.TCMICS (V3.0) software was used for statistical analysis of prescription data in terms of drug frequency，nature，flavor，and meridian entry，and association rule analysis and cluster analysis were used for data mining.Results：A total of 305 prescriptions were included，involving 122 drugs，among which 11 drugs had a frequency of more than 100 times，i.e.，Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.，Radix Glycyrrhizae，Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex，Radix Adenophorae，Forsythia suspensa，Poria cocos，Dioscorea opposita，Amomum villosum，Lophatherum gracile，Rhizoma Atractylodis，and Radix Rehmanniae.Most drugs were cold in nature and sweet in flavor，and most drugs entered the spleen meridian，followed by those entering the stomach meridian.As for function，most drugs were deficiency-tonifying herbs，followed by heat-clearing drugs.Association analysis obtained 41 drug combinations,26 groups of drug association rules,and 8 core drugs.Cluster analysis obtained 4 combinations of core drugs.Conclusion：The therapy of Invigorating the Spleen for Fire in Hot Season is the main method used by Professor Dai in the treatment of recurrent aphtha，mostly tonifying deficiency assisted by clearing heat，which reflects the thinking of syndrome differentiation-based treatment by strengthening vital Qi and eliminating pathogen with tonification and purgation in combination，as well as the emphasis on spleen and stomach as the foundation of acquired constitution. |
