| 目的：分析刘春华教授治疗代谢综合征（MS）的用药规律。方法：收集2019年9月1日至2021年4月30日湖南省中医药研究院附属医院刘教授门诊诊治MS患者的处方，利用Microsoft Excel 2010、SPSS Statistics 26.0、SPSS Modeler 18.0对录入数据库中的中药进行频次、频率、性味归经、关联规则、聚类及因子分析。结果：纳入处方116首，涉及药物95味，其中高频药物23味，药性多温，平、寒次之，药味以甘、苦为主，多归脾、肺、胃、肝经。关联分析得到4个较高关联性药对，涉及药物6味；聚类分析得出7组核心药物，因子分析得出8个公因子。结论：MS的发病总属本虚标实，基本病机为脾失健运、清阳不升、痰瘀互结，刘教授临床治疗本病的关键在于健脾和胃、运脾升清、化痰祛瘀，标本兼顾。 |

| Medication rule of Liu Chunhua in treatment of metabolic syndrome：A study based on data mining |

| Objective：To investigate the medication rule of Professor Liu Chunhua in the treatment of metabolic syndrome (MS).Methods：Prescriptions were collected from the patients with MS who were diagnosed and treated at the outpatient service of Professor Liu in The Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Academy of Chinese Medicine from September 1，2019 to April 30，2021，and Microsoft Excel 2010，SPSS Statistics 26.0，and SPSS Modeler 18.0 were used to perform frequency analysis，analysis of nature/flavor/meridian entry，association rule analysis，cluster analysis，and factor analysis.Results：A total of 116 prescriptions were included，involving 95 traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) drugs，among which there were 23 high-frequency TCM drugs.Most drugs were warm in nature，followed by those neutral or cold in nature，and most drugs had a sweet or bitter taste and entered the spleen，lung，stomach，and liver meridians.Association rule analysis obtained 4 drug combinations with relatively high association，which involved 6 TCM drugs.Cluster analysis obtained 7 combinations of core drugs，and factor analysis obtained 8 common factors.Conclusion：The onset of MS often has deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality，with the basic pathogenesis of dysfunction of the spleen in transportation，lucid Yang failing to rise，and intermingled phlegm and blood stasis，and the key to the clinical treatment of this disease by Professor Liu lies in strengthening the spleen and stomach，activating the spleen and ascending lucidity，and eliminating phlegm and removing blood stasis，thereby addressing both the symptoms and root causes. |
