| 目的：观察活血化瘀法治疗难治性反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法：选取难治性反流性食管炎患者100例为研究对象，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各50例。治疗组予活血化瘀法治疗，对照组予常规西药治疗，疗程均为4周。比较2组综合疗效、炎症因子水平、临床症状评分和复发情况。结果：总有效率治疗组为98.00%（49/50），对照组为86.00%（43/50），2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；2组炎症因子水平、临床症状评分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）；随访4周，复发率治疗组为0（0/49），对照组为9.30%（4/43），2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：活血化瘀法治疗难治性反流性食管炎具有较好疗效，可抑制炎症因子，有效改善临床症状，并可降低疾病复发率，值得临床推广应用。 |

| Clinical effect of blood-activating and stasis-resolving therapy in treatment of refractory reflux esophagitis：An analysis of 50 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of blood-activating and stasis-resolving therapy in the treatment of refractory reflux esophagitis.Methods：A total of 100 patients with refractory reflux esophagitis were enrolled as subjects and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 50 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were given blood-activating and stasis-resolving therapy，while those in the control group were given conventional Western medicine treatment；the course of treatment was 4 weeks for both groups.The two groups were compared in terms of overall response，levels of inflammatory factors，clinical symptom score，and recurrence.Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group ［98.00% (49/50) vs 86.00% (43/50)，P＜0.05］.After treatment，both groups had significant changes in the levels of inflammatory factors and clinical symptom score，and there were significant differences in these indices between the two groups after treatment (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).After 4 weeks of follow-up，the recurrence rate was 0% (0/49) in the treatment group and 9.30% (4/43) in the treatment group，with a significant difference between the two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion：Blood-activating and stasis-resolving therapy has a good clinical effect in the treatment of refractory reflux esophagitis and can inhibit inflammatory factors，effectively promote the disappearance of clinical symptoms，an reduce recurrence rate，and therefore，it holds promise for clinical application. |
