| 目的：观察运用中西医结合治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎初热期的临床疗效。方法：将86例新型冠状病毒肺炎初热期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各43 例。对照组采用西医常规治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上联合中医辨证施治。观察2组患者的治愈率、体温恢复正常时间、住院时间、中医证候评分及不良反应发生情况。结果：治愈率治疗组为100%（43/43），对照组为90.7%（39/43），2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗组体温恢复正常时间、住院时间均较对照组短（P＜0.01或P＜0.05）。2组胸闷气短、咳嗽咳痰、纳差、大便稀溏、神疲乏力评分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。2组均未见严重不良反应。结论：中西医结合治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎初热期疗效确切，故可在早期对新型冠状病毒肺炎患者进行中医药干预。 |

| Clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy in treatment of the initial pyrexia stage of coronavirus disease 2019：An analysis of 43 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy in the treatment of the initial pyrexia stage of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).Methods：A total of 86 patients in the initial pyrexia stage of COVID-19 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 43 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional Western medicine treatment，and those in the treatment group were given traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment in addition to the treatment in the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of cure rate，time to body temperature recovery，length of hospital stay，traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score，and incidence rate of adverse reactions.Results：There was a significant difference in cure rate between the treatment group and the control group ［100% (43/43) vs 90.7% (39/43)，P＜0.05］.Compared with the control group，the treatment group had significantly shorter time to body temperature recovery and length of hospital stay (P＜0.01 or P＜0.05).After treatment，both groups had significant changes in the scores of chest distress and short breath，cough and expectoration，poor appetite，loose stool，and fatigue and weakness，and there were significant differences in these scores between the two groups after treatment (P＜0.05).No serious adverse events were observed in either group.Conclusion：Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy has a marked clinical effect in the treatment of the initial pyrexia stage of COVID-19，and therefore，traditional Chinese medicine intervention can be performed for patients with COVID-19 in the early stage. |
