| 目的：探讨含桑白皮古今方剂的用药规律。方法：古方以《中医方剂大辞典》为检索数据库，今方以中国知网（CNKI）、中国生物医学文献服务系统（SinoMed）、万方数据（WANFANG DATA）、维普中文科技期刊数据库（VIP）为检索数据库，筛选含桑白皮的方剂。采用IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0软件进行基于Aprior算法的关联规则分析，Cytoscape 3.7.2软件进行可视化分析，SPSS Statistics 21.0 软件进行系统聚类分析。结果：合桑白皮的古方主要用于治疗咳嗽、喘证、肺痈、肺热等肺系疾病，含桑白皮的今方主要用于治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病、咳嗽、支气管炎、肺源性心脏病等呼吸系统疾病。古方配伍药物频次较高的是炙甘草、木通、赤茯苓、苦杏仁、黄芩等，以清热药、化痰止咳平喘药、利水渗湿药、补虚药较多；今方配伍药物频次较高的是苦杏仁、黄芩、紫苏子、甘草、浙贝母等，以清热药、化痰止咳平喘药、补虚药、解表药较多。古今方四气均以寒性为多，五味以苦、甘、辛味为主，归经以肺、脾胃、肝经为主。古方主要涉及药物14味，今方6味。古方得到新方5组，今方6组。结论：含桑白皮的古今方剂主治的疾病均为肺系疾病，今方亦可用于眼病和皮肤病，配伍药物以清热药、化痰止咳平喘药、补虚药为主，古方又常配伍利水渗湿药，今方多配伍解表药。 |

| Prescription rule of ancient and modern prescriptions containing white mulberry root-bark：A comparative study |

| Objective：To investigate the prescription rule of ancient and modern prescriptions containing white mulberry root-bark.Methods：Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescription was used to search for the ancient prescriptions containing white mulberry root-bark，and CNKI，SinoMed，Wanfang Data，and VIP were used to search for related modern prescriptions.IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software was used to perform an association rule analysis based on the Aprior algorithm，Cytoscape 3.7.2 software was used for visual analysis，and SPSS Statistics 21.0 software was used for hierarchical cluster analysis.Results：The ancient prescriptions containing white mulberry root-bark were mainly used for the treatment of pulmonary diseases such as cough，syndrome characterized by dyspnea，pulmonary abscess，and lung heat，while modern prescriptions were mainly used for the treatment of respiratory diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease，cough，bronchitis，and pulmonary heart disease.In the ancient prescriptions，white mulberry root-bark was frequently combined with Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata，Akebiae Caulis，Rubra Poria，Semen Armeniacae Amarum，and Scutellaria baicalensis，and heat-clearing herbs，phlegm-eliminating/cough-relieving/asthma-relieving herbs，diuresis-inducing and dampness-draining herbs，and deficiency-tonifying herbs were frequently used；in the modern prescriptions，white mulberry root-bark was frequently combined with Semen Armeniacae Amarum，Scutellaria baicalensis，perilla fruit，Radix Glycyrrhizae，and Fritillaria thunbergii，and heat-clearing herbs，phlegm-eliminating/cough-relieving/asthma-relieving herbs，deficiency-tonifying herbs，and exterior syndrome-relieving herbs were frequently used.In both ancient and modern prescriptions，the herbs were mainly cold in nature and had bitter，sweet，and pungent flavors，and most herbs entered the pulmonary，spleen-stomach，and liver meridians.The ancient prescriptions mainly involved 14 herbs，and the modern prescriptions involved 6 herbs.A total of 5 new ancient prescriptions and 6 new modern prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion：Both ancient and modern prescriptions containing white mulberry root-bark are mainly used for the treatment of pulmonary diseases，and the modern prescriptions can also be used for the treatment of eye and skin diseases.Drug combinations include heat-clearing herbs，phlegm-eliminating/cough-relieving/asthma-relieving herbs，and deficiency-tonifying herbs，and in addition，white mulberry root-bark is often combined with diuresis-inducing and dampness-draining herbs in ancient prescriptions and exterior syndrome-relieving herbs in modern prescriptions. |
