| 目的：观察血府逐瘀胶囊联合清凉膏治疗血栓性外痔的临床疗效。方法：将90 例血栓性外痔患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各45 例。治疗组予血府逐瘀胶囊联合清凉膏治疗，对照组予地奥司明片联合清凉膏治疗。比较2组综合疗效、疼痛评分、肛门坠胀感评分、肛门异物感评分及不良反应。结果：总有效率治疗组为97.78%（44/45），高于对照组的93.33%（42/45），但差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。2组治疗第3天后肛门坠胀感评分组间比较，以及治疗第7天后疼痛评分、肛门坠胀感评分、肛门异物感评分组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05或P<0.01）。结论：血府逐瘀胶囊联合清凉膏治疗血栓性外痔疗效确切，安全性好，值得临床推广应用。 |

| Clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu capsules combined with Qingliang ointment in treatment of thrombotic external hemorrhoid：An analysis of 45 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu capsules combined with Qingliang ointment in the treatment of thrombotic external hemorrhoid.Methods：A total of 90 patients with thrombotic external hemorrhoid were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 45 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were given Xuefu Zhuyu capsules combined with Qingliang ointment，and those in the control group were given diosmin tablets combined with Qingliang ointment.The two groups were compared in terms of overall response，pain score，score of anal pendant expansion，score of anal foreign body sensation，and adverse reactions.Results：There treatment group had a higher overall response rate than the control group ［97.78% (44/45) vs 93.33% (42/45)，P>0.05］.There were significant differences between the two groups in the score of anal pendant expansion on day 3 of treatment and the scores of pain，anal pendant expansion，and anal foreign body sensation on day 7 of treatment (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion：Xuefu Zhuyu capsules combined with Qingliang ointment has a marked clinical effect with good safety in the treatment of thrombotic external hemorrhoid and thus holds promise for clinical application. |
