| 目的：基于中医传承辅助系统（V2.5）软件，分析《医宗金鉴》中治疗跌打损伤外用膏剂的用药规律。方法:人工查阅、整理《医宗金鉴》中治疗跌打损伤的外用膏剂，规范数据，输入中医传承辅助系统（V2.5）软件，通过该软件进行关联规则、改进的互信息法以及基于无监督的熵层次聚类等数据挖掘，分析《医宗金鉴》中治疗跌打损伤外用膏剂的常用药物、性味归经、组方规律及潜在新方。结果：经过整理，共筛选出《医宗金鉴》中符合标准的治疗跌打损伤的外用膏剂8首，涉及中药66味，高频药物共15味，味多苦、辛，性多温与微寒，多入肝、心、脾经，排列前5位者依次为麝香、白芷、赤芍、没药、天南星。膏剂溶媒有酒、茶清、葱汁、醋、香油与生姜汁。通过关联规则挖掘14种药物组合，聚类分析发现潜在新方2个。结论：《医宗金鉴》中治疗跌打损伤的外用膏剂多用辛散咸软之品，归经于肝、心、脾经，体现出从血分论治的用药特点，药性寒温的应用视病变时间的长短与病性的变化而定，在治血的同时，参以补益之品，以求标本兼治，为现代临床辨证治疗跌打损伤提供了参考依据。 |

| Objective：To investigate the medication rule of medicinal extract for exterior application in the treatment of injuries from falls，fractures，contusions，and strains in Golden Mirror of Medicine based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System （V2.5）.Methods：Golden Mirror of Medicine was searched for the medicinal extracts for exterior application in the treatment of injuries from falls，fractures，contusions，and strains，and related data were entered into the software of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System （V2.5） to perform data mining based on association rule，modified maximization of mutual information，and unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering.The medicinal extracts for exterior application in the treatment of injuries from falls，fractures，contusions，and strains in Golden Mirror of Medicine were analyzed in terms of commonly used drugs，nature/taste/meridian entry，prescription rule，and potential new prescriptions.Results：A total of 8 qualified medicinal extracts for exterior application were screened out from Golden Mirror of Medicine，involving 66 traditional Chinese medicine drugs.There were 15 high-frequency drugs，most of which had a pungent and bitter taste and a warm and slightly cold nature and entered the liver，heart，and spleen meridians.The top 5 drugs were musk，Radix Angelicae Dahuricae，Radix Paeoniae Rubra，myrrh，and Rhizoma Arisaematis.The solvents of the medicinal extracts included alcohol，tea Qing，scallion juice，vinegar，sesame oil，and ginger juice.The analysis based on association rule obtained 14 drug combinations，and the cluster analysis revealed 2 potential new prescriptions.Conclusion：Most external extracts for the treatment of injuries from falls，fractures，contusions，and strains in Golden Mirror of Medicine use acridity-dissipating and salty/soft components and enter the liver，heart，and spleen meridians，which reflects the medication features of treatment based on blood components.The application of drugs with a cold or warm nature depends on the length of the lesion and the change in disease nature.At the same time of blood treatment，tonifying drugs can be used for the treatment of both manifestation and root cause of disease，which provides a reference for modern syndrome differentiation-based treatment of injuries from falls，fractures，contusions，and strains in clinical practice. |
