| 目的：基于中医传承辅助平台分析穴位按摩治疗急性胰腺炎（AP）的选穴配伍规律。方法：计算机检索中国知网（CNKI）、万方数据（WANFANG DATA）、维普中文科技期刊数据库（VIP）、Pubmed、ScienceDirect等数据库自建库至2020年11月30日发表的关于穴位按摩治疗AP的临床文献，建立相关数据的Excel数据库，对其进行描述性分析及关联规则分析。结果：穴位按摩治疗AP使用频次最高的穴位为足三里、中脘、合谷；使用频次最多的经脉为胃经、任脉、大肠经；选穴部位分布以下肢部、上肢部为主；关联规则分析显示，临床选用穴位具有高度相关性，其中置信度、支持度最高的组合为足三里-中脘、足三里-合谷；在提高支持度后显示以足三里为中心，联合中脘、合谷、上巨虚、内关是穴位按摩治疗AP的组方核心。结论：穴位按摩治疗AP的选穴主要集中在足三里、上巨虚、中脘、合谷、三阴交、阳陵泉、内关等，提示这些穴位有较强的相关性，临床选穴时应同时选用。 |

| Rule of acupoint selection in acupoint massage for acute pancreatitis based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System |

| Objective：To investigate the acupoint selection and compatibility rule in acupoint massage for acute pancreatitis （AP） based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System.Methods：Databases such as CNKI，WANFANG DATA，VIP，PubMed，and ScienceDirect were searched for clinical articles on acupoint massage for the treatment of AP published up to November 30，2020.An Excel database was established for related data to perform a descriptive analysis and an association rule analysis.Results：Zusanli，Zhongwan，and Hegu were the most frequently used acupoints in acupoint massage for the treatment of AP，and stomach meridian，conception vessel，and large intestinal meridian were the most frequently used meridians.The acupoints selected were mainly distributed in the lower and upper extremities.The association rule analysis showed that the acupoints selected in clinical practice were highly associated，among which the combinations of Zusanli-Zhongwan and Zusanli-Hegu had the highest degrees of reliability and support.It was shown that after the degree of support was improved，Zusanli combined with Zhongwan，Hegu，Shangjuxu，and Neiguan was the core regimen for acupoint massage in the treatment of AP.Conclusion：Zusanli，Shangjuxu，Zhongwan，Hegu，Sanyinjiao，Yanglingquan，and Neiguan are the main acupoints selected for acupoint massage in the treatment of AP，suggesting that these acupoints are highly associated and should be selected at the same time in clinical practice. |
