| 目的：分析总结全国名老中医邵长荣教授从肝论治咳嗽的临床用药经验和规律。方法：收集邵教授门诊治疗咳嗽的有效病案121个，包含处方121首，运用中医传承辅助平台系统软件中的频数分析、复杂系统熵聚类、关联规则等方法，挖掘分析邵教授从肝论治咳嗽的处方用药规律。结果：对录入的121首处方进行分析，其中涉及中药131味，用药频次>25次的有30味（柴胡、前胡、川楝子等），核心药物组合76个，强关联规则98条，其中具有强关联的药对8个（柴胡-前胡；川楝子-延胡索；赤芍-白芍等）。结论：邵教授从肝论治咳嗽多以疏肝理气、平肝顺气、柔肝敛气为主，体现了其疏肝气以治咳的观点和辨证求因、审因论治的辨证论治思想。 |

| Shao Changrong’s medication rule in treatment of cough from the liver based on data mining |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical medication experience and rule of the famous old traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) doctor Professor Shao Changrong in the treatment of cough from the liver.Methods：A total of 121 effective medical records were collected from the patients with cough treated by Professor Shao at the outpatient service，which included 121 prescriptions.Related methods in Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System，such as frequency analysis，complex system entropy clustering，and association rule，were used to analyze the Professor Shao’s medication rule in the treatment of cough from the liver.Results：All 121 prescriptions were analyzed and involved 131 TCM drugs，among which 30 drugs (including Bupleurum chinense，Radix Peucedani，and Szechwan Chinaberry Fruit) had a frequency of >25，and there were 76 core drug combinations and 98 strong association rules，with strong association observed in 8 drug combinations including Bupleurum chinense-Radix Peucedani，Szechwan Chinaberry Fruit-Rhizoma Corydalis，and Radix Paeoniae Rubra-Radix Paeoniae Alba.Conclusion：In the treatment of cough from the liver，Professor Shao mainly uses the therapies of soothing the liver and regulating Qi，calming the liver and regulating Qi，and softening the liver and astringing Qi，which reflects his view of treating cough by soothing the liver and the principle of disease differentiation and treatment of determining etiologic factor based on syndrome differentiation and examining etiologic factor to determine treatment. |
