| 目的：观察化瘀消异定痛汤联合穴位埋线治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效及对血清标志物的影响。方法：选取60 例子宫内膜异位症患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30 例。对照组给予醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予化瘀消异定痛汤合穴位埋线治疗。治疗6个月后,比较2组治疗前后痛经评分、异位囊肿大小、血清标志物［（血清雌二醇（E2）、促卵泡生成素（FSH）、黄体生成素（LH）、糖类蛋白125（CA125）、血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）、抗苗勒管激素（AMH）、抗子宫内膜抗体（EMAB）］水平。结果：总有效率治疗组为90.00%（27/30）,高于对照组的66.67%（20/30）,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后,2组痛经评分、异位囊肿直径、E2、FSH、LH、CA125、VEGF、EMAB水平均较治疗前下降,AMH水平均较治疗前升高,且治疗组改善幅度较对照组明显,差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：化瘀消异定痛汤联合穴位埋线能够缓解子宫内膜异位症患者的临床症状,提高卵巢储备功能,降低E2、FSH、LH、CA125、VEGF、EMAB水平。 |

| Clinical effect of Huayu Xiaoyi Dingtong decoction combined with acupoint thread-embedding therapy in treatment of endometriosis：An analysis of 30 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Huayu Xiaoyi Dingtong decoction combined with acupoint thread-embedding therapy in the treatment of endometriosis and its effect on serum markers.Methods：A total of 60 patients with endometriosis were enrolled and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given leuprorelin acetate,and those in the treatment group were given Huayu Xiaoyi Dingtong decoction combined with acupoint thread-embedding therapy in addition to the treatment in the control group.After 6 months of treatment,the two groups were compared in terms of dysmenorrhea score,size of ectopic cyst,and serum markers ［estradiol (E2),follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH),luteinizing hormone (LH),carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125),vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF),anti-mullerian hormone (AMH),and endometrial antibody (EMAb)］.Results：The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group ［90.00% (27/30) vs 66.67% (20/30),P<0.05］.After treatment,both groups had significant reductions in dysmenorrhea score,diameter of ectopic cyst,E2,FSH,LH,CA125,VEGF,and EMAb and a significant increase in AMH,and the treatment group had significantly greater improvements than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion：Huayu Xiaoyi Dingtong decoction combined with acupoint thread-embedding therapy can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with endometriosis,improve ovarian reserve function,and reduce the levels of E2,FSH,LH,CA125,VEGF,and EMAb. |
