| 目的：观察天丹降压方联合硝苯地平缓释片对肝阳上亢型原发性高血压病的临床疗效。方法：选取肝阳上亢型原发性高血压病患者60 例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30 例。对照组予硝苯地平缓释片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联用天丹降压方治疗,疗程均为 4 周。观察 2组治疗前后收缩压、舒张压及中医证候积分的变化。结果：治疗后,2 组收缩压、舒张压水平及中医证候积分均较本组治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),组间比较,收缩压、舒张压差异无统计学意义(P>0.05) ,中医证候积分差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：天丹降压方联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗肝阳上亢型原发性高血压病临床效果显著。 |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Tiandan Jiangya prescription combined with nifedipine sustained-release tablets in the treatment of primary hypertension with upper hyperactivity of liver Yang.Methods：A total of 60 patients with primary hypertension with upper hyperactivity of liver Yang were enrolled and divided into treatment group and control group using a random number table,with 30 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given nifedipine sustained-release tablets alone,and those in the treatment group were given Tiandan Jiangya prescription in addition to the treatment in the control group.The course of treatment was 4 weeks for both groups.The two groups were compared in terms of the changes in systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome score after treatment.Results：After treatment,both groups had significant reductions in systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,and TCM syndrome score (P<0.05),and there were no significant differences in systolic pressure and diastolic pressure between the two groups after treatment (P>0.05),while there was a significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion：Tiandan Jiangya prescription combined with nifedipine sustained-release tablets has a marked clinical effect in the treatment of primary hypertension with upper hyperactivity of liver Yang. |
