化瘀骨合片提取工艺的优化研究

摘要:
目的:优化化瘀骨合片的提取工艺条件。方法:以牡荆苷含量、芍药苷含量和固形物质量为评价指标,在单因素试验的基础上设计正交试验,考察料液比、提取时间、提取次数对提取工艺的影响,优化提取工艺条件。结果:最佳工艺条件为全方药材加水提取3次,每次加12倍量水提取2h,该条件下牡荆苷的提取率为89.81%,芍药苷的提取率为86.08%。结论:优选的提取工艺稳定,指标成分的提取率高,工艺合理可行。

Abstract:
Objective:To optimize the extraction process forHuayu Guhe tablets.Methods:With the content of vitexin,the content of paeoniflorin,and solid content mass as assessment indices,an orthogonal test was designed on the basis of single-factor experiment to investigate the influence of solid-liquid ratio,extraction time,and times of extraction on extraction process and optimize the conditions of the extraction process.Results:The optimal conditions of extraction were as follows:the medicinal materials of the whole prescriptionwere mixed with water (12 times),and extraction was performed 3 times,for 2 hours each.The extraction rates of vitexin and paeoniflorin were 89.81%and 86.08%,respectively,under such conditions.Conclusion:The optimized extraction process is stable and can achieve a high extraction rate of index components,and therefore,this process is reasonable and feasible.
