| 目的：观察温中定眩汤治疗痰湿壅盛型老年性眩晕的临床疗效。方法：选取辨证为痰湿壅盛证的老年性眩晕患者62例，随机分为治疗组（32例）和对照组（30例）。2组均给予控制基础疾病、营养支持等西医对症治疗，在此基础上，治疗组口服温中定眩汤治疗，对照组口服甲磺酸倍他司汀片治疗，疗程均为10d。观察比较2组中医证候疗效及中医症状积分，记录不良反应发生情况。结果：中医证候疗效总有效率治疗组为93.75%（30/32），对照组为73.33%（22/30），2组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗后治疗组各项中医症状积分均较治疗前明显降低（P＜0.01），而对照组仅头晕目眩、汗出异常两个症状积分较治疗前明显降低（P＜0.01），且治疗组降低幅度均明显大于对照组（P<0.01）；不良反应发生率治疗组为6.25%（2/32），对照组为6.67% (2/30），2组差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：温中定眩汤治疗痰湿壅盛型老年性眩晕安全有效。 |

| Clinical effect of Wenzhong Dingxuan decoction in treatment of senile vertigo with phlegm-dampness stagnation：An analysis of 32 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Wenzhong Dingxuan decoction in the treatment of senile vertigo with phlegm-dampness stagnation.Methods：A total of 62 patients with senile vertigo with phlegm-dampness stagnation were randomly divided into treatment group with 32 patients and control group with 30 patients.In addition to the Western medicine symptomatic treatment including control of underlying diseases and nutritional support，the patients in the treatment group were given oral Wenzhong Dingxuan decoction，and those in the control group were given oral betahistine mesilate tablets；the course of treatment was 10 days for both groups.The two groups were compared in terms of the outcome of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome and the scores of TCM symptoms，and adverse reactions were also evaluated.Results：There was a significant difference in the overall response rate of TCM syndrome between the treatment group and the control group［93.75% (30/32) vs 73.33% (22/30)，P<0.05］.After treatment，the treatment groups had significant reductions in all the scores of TCM symptoms（P＜0.01），while the control group had only significant reduction in the scores of TCM symptoms of dizziness and abnormal sweating，and the treatment group had significantly greater reductions than the control group (P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the treatment group and the control group［6.25% (2/32) vs 6.67% (2/30)，P>0.05］.Conclusion：Wenzhong Dingxuan decoction is safe and effective in the treatment of senile vertigo with phlegm-dampness stagnation. |
