| 目的：观察加味温胆汤联合耳穴贴压治疗痰热内扰型不寐的临床疗效。方法：将105 例痰热内扰型不寐患者随机分为联合组、中药组、对照组，每组各35例。联合组采用口服加味温胆汤联合耳穴贴压治疗，中药组单予加味温胆汤治疗，对照组予西药艾司唑仑治疗。观察3组临床疗效、治疗前后各项中医证候积分及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表（PSQI）评分。结果：治疗期间，联合组脱落3 例，中药组脱落4 例，对照组脱落1 例，最终纳入97 例。总有效率联合组为96.88%（31/32），中药组为83.87%（26/31），对照组为64.71%（22/34），3组比较，中药组优于对照组（P＜0.05），联合组优于中药组和对照组（均P<0.05）。3组治疗后各项中医证候积分和PSQI评分均优于本组治疗前（P＜0.05），而中药组优于对照组（P＜0.05），联合组优于中药组和对照组（P<0.05）。结论：在改善痰热内扰型不寐患者中医证候和PSQI评分方面，加味温胆汤联合耳穴贴压效果优于单用加味温胆汤及单用西药艾司唑仑，值得临床推广。 |

| Clinical effect of Jiawei Wendan decoction combined with auricular point sticking in treatment of insomnia with phlegm-heat attacking internally：An analysis of 32 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Jiawei Wendan decoction combined with auricular point sticking in the treatment of insomnia with phlegm-heat attacking internally.Methods：A total of 105 patients with insomnia with phlegm-heat attacking internally were randomly divided into combination group，traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) group，and control group，with 35 patients in each group.The patients in the combination group were given oral Jiawei Wendan decoction combined with auricular point sticking，those in the TCM group were given Jiawei Wendan decoction alone，and those in the control group were given the Western medicine estazolam.The three groups were compared in terms of clinical outcome，TCM syndrome scores，and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score before and after treatment.Results：During treatment，3 patients were lost to follow-up in the combination group，4 were lost to follow-up in the TCM group，and 1 was lost to follow-up in the control group；97 patients were included in the final analysis.The overall response rate was 96.88% (31/32) in the combination group，83.87% (26/31) in the TCM group，and 64.71% (22/34) in the control group；the TCM group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group (P<0.05)，and the combination group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the TCM group and the control group (both P<0.05).After treatment，all three groups had significant improvements in TCM syndrome scores and PSQI score (P<0.05)；the TCM group had significantly better scores than the control group (P<0.05)，and the combination group had significantly better scores than the TCM group and the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion：Compared with Jiawei Wendan decoction alone or the Western medicine estazolam alone，Jiawei Wendan decoction combined with auricular point sticking has a better effect in improving TCM syndrome and PSQI score in patients with insomnia with phlegm-heat attacking internally and thus holds promise for clinical application. |
