| 目的：观察益气扶正方对经皮冠状动脉介入（PCI）术围手术期患者的影响。方法：将80 例冠心病行PCI术成功患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各40 例。对照组于围手术期予西医常规治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用益气扶正方治疗。观察2组治疗前后中医证候积分、凝血功能及PCI术后6个月冠状动脉再狭窄发生率。结果：2组中医证候积分及血液流变学指标治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.01或P＜0.05）；冠状动脉再狭窄率治疗组为7.5%（3/40），对照组为27.5%（11/40），2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：PCI术围手术期运用中西医结合治疗可改善患者气虚血瘀症状，减少术后并发症发生。 |

| Effect of Yiqi Fuzheng prescription on patients with coronary heart disease in the perioperative period of percutaneous coronary intervention |

| Objective：To investigate the effect of Yiqi Fuzheng prescription on patients with coronary heart disease in the perioperative period of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).Methods：A total of 80 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent successful PCI were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 40 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional Western medicine treatment in the perioperative period，and those in the treatment group were given Yiqi Fuzheng prescription in addition to the treatment in the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome score before and after treatment，coagulation function，and incidence rate of coronary artery restenosis at 6 months after PCI.Results：Both groups had significant changes in TCM syndrome score and hemorheological indices after treatment，and there were significant differences in these indices between the groups after treatment (P＜0.01 or P＜0.05).There was a significant difference in the incidence rate of coronary artery restenosis between the treatment group and the control group ［7.5% (3/40) vs 27.5% (11/40)，P＜0.05］.Conclusion：Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy in the perioperative period of PCI can improve the symptoms of Qi deficiency and blood stasis and reduce postoperative complications. |
