| 目的：观察肛窦切开挂线合薢黄洗剂熏洗坐浴治疗肛窦炎的临床疗效。方法：选择60例肛窦炎患者，按随机数字表法随机均分为治疗组和对照组，每组各30例。2组均采用肛窦切开挂线手术治疗，术后治疗组予薢黄洗剂熏洗坐浴，对照组予温水坐浴。观察2组患者肛门疼痛、坠胀、瘙痒的改善情况以及创面愈合时间。结果：治疗后，治疗组肛门疼痛、坠胀及瘙痒评分均低于对照组，创面愈合时间短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：薢黄洗剂熏洗坐浴能明显改善肛窦炎患者经肛窦切开挂线术治疗后的症状，促进创面愈合，值得临床推广应用。 |

| Clinical effect of anal sinus incision and thread-drawing procedure combined with fumigation-washing sitz bath with Xiehuang lotion in treatment of anal sinusitis：An analysis of 30 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of anal sinus incision and thread-drawing procedure combined with fumigation-washing sitz bath with Xiehuang lotion in the treatment of anal sinusitis.Methods：A total of 60 patients with anal sinusitis were divided into treatment group and control group using a random number table，with 30 patients in each group.In addition to anal sinus incision and thread-drawing procedure，the patients in the treatment group were given fumigation-washing sitz bath with Xiehuang lotion after surgery，and those in the control group were given sitz bath with warm water after surgery.The two groups were observed in terms of the improvements in anal pain，bulge，and pruritus and wound healing time.Results：After treatment，the treatment group had significantly lower scores of anal pain，bulge，and pruritus and a significantly shorter wound healing time than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion：Fumigation-washing sitz bath with Xiehuang lotion can significantly improve symptoms and promote wound healing after anal sinus incision and thread-drawing procedure，and therefore，it holds promise for clinical application. |
