| 目的：观察冰硝散塌渍联合空气波压力治疗仪对肾病综合征患者双下肢水肿的疗效。方法：将100例伴双下肢水肿的肾病综合征患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，每组各50例。对照组给予常规对症治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用中药冰硝散塌渍联合空气波压力治疗仪治疗。2组均以治疗14d为1个疗程，治疗2个疗程后，通过观察2组患者治疗前后体质量及双下肢肢围等变化，评价临床疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为94.00%（47/50），对照组为78.00%（39/50），2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；2组患者患肢肢围、水肿分级情况、体质量水平治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05，P<0.01）。结论：冰硝散塌渍联合空气波压力治疗仪对肾病综合征患者下肢水肿具有明显改善作用，疗效确切。 |

| Clinical effect of Bingxiao powder collapse stain therapy combined with air pressure massage in treatment of edema of both lower extremities in patients with nephrotic syndrome：An analysis of 50 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Bingxiao powder collapse stain therapy combined with air pressure massage apparatus in the treatment of edema of both lower extremities in patients with nephrotic syndrome.Methods：A total of 100 patients with nephrotic syndrome and edema of both lower extremities were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 50 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional symptomatic treatment，and those in the treatment group were given Bingxiao powder collapse stain therapy combined with air pressure massage apparatus in addition to the treatment in the control group.Each course of treatment was 14 days，and after two courses of treatment，clinical response was evaluated based on the changes in body weight and circumference of both lower extremities after treatment.Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group ［94.00% (47/50) vs 78.00% (39/50)，P<0.01］.Both groups had significant changes in circumference of both lower extremities，grade of edema，and body weight after treatment，and there were significant differences in these indices between the two groups after treatment (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion：Bingxiao powder collapse stain therapy combined with air pressure massage apparatus has a good clinical effect in the treatment of edema of both lower extremities in patients with nephrotic syndrome and can significantly improve edema of lower extremities. |
