| 目的：观察蠲痹历节清方联合针刺治疗急性痛风性关节炎湿热蕴结证的临床疗效。方法：将62例急性痛风性关节炎湿热蕴结证患者随机分成治疗组和对照组，每组各31例。对照组予以常规针刺治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上予以蠲痹历节清方治疗，治疗2周后统计疗效及不良反应，比较2组疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）、红细胞沉降率（ESR）和血尿酸（UA）水平。结果：总有效率治疗组为90.33%，对照组为74.19%，组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；2组VAS评分、ESR和UA水平治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：蠲痹历节清方联合针刺治疗急性痛风性关节炎湿热蕴结证可明显降低患者ESR和UA水平，减轻患处疼痛，无明显不良反应，疗效优于常规针刺治疗。 |

| Clinical effect of Juanbi Lijieqing prescription combined with acupuncture in treatment of acute gouty arthritis with damp-heat accumulation：An analysis of 31 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Juanbi Lijieqing prescription combined with acupuncture in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis with damp-heat accumulation.Methods：A total of 62 patients with acute gouty arthritis with damp-heat accumulation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 31 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional acupuncture，and those in the treatment group were given Juanbi Lijieqing prescription in addition to the treatment in the control group.After 2 weeks of treatment，clinical outcomes and adverse events were analyzed，and the two groups were compared in terms of Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score，erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR)，and serum uric acid (UA).Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group (90.33% vs 74.19%，P＜0.05).Both groups had significant changes in VAS score，ESR，and UA after treatment，and there were significant differences in these indices between the two groups after treatment (P＜0.05).Conclusion：In the treatment of acute gouty arthritis with damp-heat accumulation，Juanbi Lijieqing prescription combined with acupuncture can significantly reduce ESR and UA and alleviate pain，with little adverse effect，and has a better clinical effect than conventional acupuncture alone. |
