| 目的：观察养胰益智饮联合尼莫地平对2型糖尿病轻度认知功能障碍的改善作用，并探讨其作用机制。方法：将60例2型糖尿病轻度认知功能障碍气阴两虚、瘀阻脑络证患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组各30例。对照组在西医常规治疗基础上配合尼莫地平片治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加养胰益智饮治疗。采用简易智力状态检查量表（MMSE）和日常生活能力量表（ADL）评价患者的认知功能和日常生活能力。结果：总有效率治疗组为83.3%，对照组为56.7%，组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；治疗后治疗组患者记忆与回忆能力、注意力与计算力及语言能力评分均明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；2组ADL评分治疗后组间比较，差异亦有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论：养胰益智饮联合尼莫地平对2型糖尿病轻度认知功能障碍有较好的治疗作用。 |

| Therapeutic effect of Yangyi Yizhi decoction combined with nimodipine on mild cognitive impairment in patients with type 2 diabetes |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Yangyi Yizhi decoction combined with nimodipine in improving mild cognitive impairment in patients with type 2 diabetes and related mechanism of action.Methods：A total of 60 patients with type 2 diabetes and mild cognitive impairment with deficiency of both Qi and Yin or syndrome of blood stasis blocking brain were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 30 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional Western medicine treatment combined with nimodipine，and those in the treatment group were given Yangyi Yizhi decoction in addition to the treatment in the control group.Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) and Activities of Daily Living (ADL) were used to evaluate cognitive function and activities of daily living.Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group (83.3% vs 56.7%，P＜0.01).Compared with the control group after treatment，the treatment group had significantly higher scores of memory ability，attention，computational ability，and language ability (P＜0.05).There was also a significant difference in ADL score between the two groups after treatment (P＜0.01).Conclusion：Yangyi Yizhi decoction combined with nimodipine has a good clinical effect in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment in patients with type 2 diabetes. |
