| 目的：探讨中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病合并老年性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法：将48例2型糖尿病合并老年性阴道炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各24例。对照组采用雌激素联合甲硝唑治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药汤剂治疗，比较2组临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果：治疗组总有效率为91.67%，不良反应发生率为8.34%，复发率为4.17%；对照组总有效率为75.00%，不良反应发生率为41.67%，复发率为41.67%，2组各项指标比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后2组主要症状（外阴瘙痒、白带增多、尿道刺激感）治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病合并老年性阴道炎效果显著，不良反应少，复发率低，值得临床推广。 |

| Clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy in treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes and senile vaginitis：An analysis of 24 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes and senile vaginitis.Methods：A total of 48 patients with type 2 diabetes and senile vaginitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 24 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given estrogen combined with metronidazole，and those in the treatment group were given traditional Chinese medicine decoction in addition to the treatment in the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of clinical outcome and incidence rate of adverse events.Results：There were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in overall response rate (91.67% vs 75.0%，P＜0.05)，incidence rate of adverse events (8.34% vs 41.67%，P＜0.05)，and recurrence rate (4.17% vs 41.67%，P＜0.05).Both groups had significant changes in the major symptoms (pruritus vulvae，leukorrhagia，and urethral irritation) after treatment，and there were significant differences in these symptoms between the two groups after treatment (P＜0.05).Conclusion：Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy has a marked clinical effect in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes and senile vaginitis，with few adverse events and a low recurrence rate，and therefore，it holds promise for clinical application. |
