| 目的：观察疏肝消瘿方联合西药治疗甲状腺功能亢进症（甲亢）的临床疗效。方法：将80例甲亢患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各40例。对照组给予甲巯咪唑治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上给予疏肝消瘿方治疗，2组均以4周为1个疗程，随访12周后，比较2组患者的临床疗效、甲状腺功能及治疗前后服用西药剂量的变化。结果：总有效率治疗组为92.5%，对照组为75.0%，2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；2组TSH、FT3、FT4及TRAb水平治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；2组甲巯咪唑服用剂量治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：疏肝消瘿方联合西药治疗甲状腺功能亢进症疗效优于单用西药组，值得临床推广应用。 |

| Clinical effect of Shugan Xiaoying prescription combined with Western medicine treatment in treatment of hyperthyroidism：An analysis of 40 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Shugan Xiaoying prescription combined with Western medicine treatment in the treatment of hyperthyroidism.Methods：A total of 80 patients with hyperthyroidism were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 40 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given methimazole，and those in the treatment group were given Shugan Xiaoying prescription in addition to the treatment in the control group.Each course of treatment was 4 weeks for both groups，and after 12 weeks of follow-up，the two groups were compared in terms of clinical outcome，thyroid function，and change in the dose of methimazole after treatment.Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group (92.5% vs 75.0%，P<0.05).Both groups had significant changes in thyroid stimulating hormone，free triiodothyronine，free thyroxine，and thyroid stimulating hormone receptor antibody after treatment，and there were significant differences in these indices between the two groups after treatment (P<0.05).Both groups had a significant change in the dose of methimazole after treatment，and there was a significant difference in the dose of methimazole between the two groups after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion：Shugan Xiaoying prescription combined with Western medicine treatment has a better clinical effect than Western medicine treatment alone in the treatment of hyperthyroidism and thus holds promise for clinical application |
